Bullet list / Sub-bullet points
Allow indentation with bullet points on the "Bulleted List" on the new text feature on Goodnotes 5, not just on the first line of bullet points. Similar to how you would take notes using bullet points in Microsoft, Google, or Pages. PLEASE!

As a student constantly on the go, I found https://essaypro.app/ Mobile App to be an excellent tool for managing my writing tasks. The app’s user-friendly interface allows me to draft, edit, and organize my essays conveniently from my phone. Its features, such as real-time feedback and seamless integration with research tools, have made writing and revising essays much more efficient.

I would like the functionality of bullet points to be more like Word. For example, when I have a few bullet points and I want to add a new one to the top of the list, in Word I put my cursor at front of the text (far left) and I hit enter and a new blank line with a bullet point inserts above. When I do the same function in Good Notes, it erases the bullet point and shifts the text to the far left. I take a lot of notes on my laptop with Good Notes and bullet points are essential but they feel clunky with Good Notes.

I'm glad bullets are now automatically added from dashes at the start of a line and that pressing enter from a bulleted line creates a new line with a bullet.
However, when I have a bulleted line, I want to be able to press tab and have the bullet indent one level (and indent another level each time tab is pressed).
Pressing enter should start a new line with the bullet at the same indent depth as the previous line. Pressing enter again on this new indented line should back the indent depth one level at a time for each press, then when the bullet is at the start of the line again, one more enter press gets rid of the bullet altogether. This would be ideal functionality for me, but any other way of quickly creating and navigating in and out of indented sub bullets would be fine.
It's really surprising to me that this isn't an option already. So many people take notes in point form using indented bullet notation.

At our clinic, maintaining a hygienic environment is paramount. Affordable Waste Management's https://affordablewastemanagement.co.uk/commercial-waste-collection/ specialized services for medical waste have been a game-changer. Their adherence to healthcare standards and prompt collections give us peace of mind. If you run a medical facility in the UK, I can't recommend them enough.

There needs to be multi-level bullets and numbering for sub points. It makes it really hard to do most things where I’d use a list because I have to awkwardly add spaces after the bullet to show it’s a sub point, but that’s not an option at all if I want a numbered list so I have to carefully type out the numbers manually without triggering the auto shift to a numbered list.

Why has subscripts and super subscripts been requested for years but nothing has been done about it ? I am going to cancel Goodnote because it is not worth it.

Giving more option for listing things (dot for listing which already have). like two dashes (--) for a sublist. 3 dashes (---) for sub sub list

Please please please this is such an easy add and makes note-taking/outlining notes way easier. Right now I have to keep manually indenting and adding subsections which wastes so much time. Automatic indenting for multiple sub-points pleaseeee

This would be a great feature! The only reason why I consider using notability over goodnotes

The new numbered and tiered bullets and numbers are a huge step forward. The numbers are just single level while the bullets do differentiate by indent level.
Please add tiering to distinguish levels.
Two versions (preferred): 1, a. i. etc. and hierarchical: 1, 1.1, 1.1.1, etc.The simple 1 a i approach would help differentiate levels. The Hierarchical will help with technical writing.

I very much need indent as well. Having it in "typing mode" is great.
But the way i mix typing and Text Notes, i need indent in a moveable textbox as well. This is something that is preventing me from purchasing GoodNotes 6. As I need to use Obsidian for some of my text notes.

I would love if bullet point features were cleaned up. I am torn because goodnotes does not have sub bullet points and notes look VERY messy in this app.
I would hands down use this app if this was corrected.

Why isn't this already a feature...? Seems pretty universal and crucial for good note taking
