I feel like there should be an option to A) always keep documents on device & the cloud or B) just the cloud and only have Goodnotes fetch data when needed from the cloud. It's annoying how Goodnotes takes up 5GB of storage on my phone when it's not the main device I use to take notes on and only really use the app on my phone to review stuff for an exam - I don't even use most of my notebooks on my phone! If we'd have the option to only have Goodnotes download data from the cloud when needed (like iCloud Photos does), that'd not only preserve local storage but also have the app run faster because it doesn't need to ready so many documents.
