As a teacher it would enable me to continue using GoodNotes (instead of OneNote, wich btw... really sucks compared to note taking in GoodNotes) since now the students would have to send me pdf's or screenshots that I would have to send back after correction and they have to reimport etc... a huge mess. Collaborative features would be the icing on the cake.

Ive been designing some algorithms and need collaboration from 4 other people. Ideally i would love to have shared the folder in goodnotes with the document in it. everyone can incorporate their comments and thoughts on the one document. boom. collaboration at its best . Alex from ascot

Hi my Name is Hans in my company all my team have Goodnotes and we use a iCloud account for all of us so we can share our notebooks between us.

In this way we can use GoodNotes as a CRM, the problem is if we want to share a Nootebook with a cliente that have the app in there iPad but have a diferente iCloud account they can not see the updates.

Is there is a way to change this?

Hi Goodnotes-folks and thanks for creating this great app. I would like to use collaborative drawing for remote meetings with peers around the world. We often need drawings in scientific discussions. Currently, we have to use online pages (aggie.io) for collaborative drawing. However, they are not as comfortable as Goodnotes.

Primarily I use GoodNotes to take note during meetings and throughout the day at work. As my time at home is limited it would be very useful to be able to share my personal family notes, shopping lists, to do's and planning suggestions (weekends, holidays etc.)... When can we all expect this development?

I take notes at our company meetings and would like to share them with the principals of the company and have them updated as we go along without having to email them.

I use goodnotes as a household planner, 2 adults, 2 senior adults, plus 1 teen. Right now we have an extra freezer that contains bulk amounts of food. When someone other than me gets something out they need to tell me so I can mark it off the checklist, and sometimes, if I'm not here they forget to tell me. It would be good if they could mark it off too so I don't need to worry.

Definitely need this feature so that I can share and make edits with my partner. Sometimes I want him to see the notes and add to or edit what I already have. Without having to export the documents and send them to him first. Then he makes edits, exports the files then resends it to me. That’s a bit too much. We should be able to make edits on a document and real time be able to see the changes together.

We do our finances together in a notebook. So it would be convenient for us to add numbers and cross items off our lists together.

1. It is inconvenient for us to have to airdrop the files if we want to share, and not only that but it would just be so great if we can make notes and edit them with other people simultaneously.
2. It is very useful during group work and presentation in class or when working at home with friends and colleagues.

I would love to collaborate with my friends in order to plan things, do homework together or school projects and even draw together!
It’s kinda of necessary in school if everyone owns an iPad and GoodNotes to constantly airdrop the files to eachother.

Allowing collaboration on Notebooks will really make this fly as a Business App. I've been using it for about a month as a replacement to using a paper notebook and it's got a lot of attention from colleagues... but it would be even better to be able to collaborate and allow easier sharing of ideas/notes/content other than simply sending them a PDF.

Collaboration is a key part of working today. Not having the ability to share ( in real time) and comment/work with another person makes this app limited. I love the interface and possibilities, but think this could be helpful. I hope to use this as a shareable Daybook, but can’t as it currently lacks this feature.

I'm a homeschool mom. My daughter does her math in a notebook and it needs grading. Sending it back and forth is too tedious and it locks each other out of making changes. We are left with me chasing down her iPad and then she can't use it for other classes.

Would love a way for me to grade and leave teacher notes easily.

Regarding the sharing of GoodNotes notebooks with other users....as a working musician in multiple shows and bands, having the ability to actively collaborate with others would be very useful to me.

We use GoodNotes5 for writing up orders for our business. I got tired of losing sheets of paper, getting orders "out of order" or having multiple paper notebooks at one time. Things get lost.

I have GoodNotes5 on my ipad pro and would like to share the same notebook with my wife so she can take orders at our shop at the same time I'm using it out in the field.

It would be great to collaborate with other GoodNotes users in the same note whether they are on a Mac or an iPad, similarly to iWork

With our work we’re constantly designing newsletters and website updates using goodnotes for our initial sketches before sending them through for final build with our designer. Having a collaboration feature would make the design process so much easier and faster - currently it takes a few extra steps to constantly export revisions to each other when fine tuning template designs etc. being able to work off the one doc between 3 users within the app would be fantastic

I am completing my master’s degree online and would LOVE a collaboration feature! It would allow us to work together taking notes.

I also have two different Apple IDs that I use between devices, so in order to share my own notes with myself I have to export them from one device and download it into another every time I update the notebook. Doing this with multiple notebooks has become tedious and caused me to be without information when I needed it.

If you could share a notebook between IDs (similar time how google docs works) that would be helpful. Or create a separate login that isn’t dependent on Apple ID.
