I'm a student and run 2 small businesses. I'd love to collaborate when doing long distance study sessions and when collaborating with my partner on business ideas.

This would be a great feature in the AEC field.

1. Collaborating on a single, cloud-based document / notebook reducing the multiple versions of a document that results from sharing / airdropping a notebook / document

2. Marking up a single document (presentation pdf and/or blueprints) where there are multiple team members.

3. acrobat / document cloud sharing. Changes are synced between web / desktop / mobile apps. The interface and tool selection is mediocre at best.

GoodNotes is a great single-user app, but there’s a need for collaboration on a single document / notebook with multiple users.

Please note that it would be great if this was not an in-app purchase feature, since VPP doesn’t support in-app purchases.

Yes! Please add collaboration! I have been stuck using OneNote for homeschooling my kids. They have iPads and keep their planner, notes, and all assignments in shared Notebooks that we can both see and edit. It's amazing to be able to write assignments in their planner, and then see their work to grade without having to exchange devices. Being able to link between notebooks is also necessary for this.
I wanted to move to GoodNotes this year, but couldn't because the collaboration feature was lacking.

I like to collaborate with fellow students on certain notes, such as with recreating the citric acid cycle. It would be nice to be able to collaborate and work on the sketch together.

Presently, the only option for this os notability, sharing a page. It works very well, but I miss the aesthetic of goodnotes.

3. using onenote and sharing the note, but onenote is painful, hoping to use goodnotes in place!

I am a homeschool mom and would love to be able to share notebooks with my students, it would enable us to go completely paperless while also keeping them accountable to their deadlines.
I would also love the ability to toggle read/write permissions to each notebook, that way I could share my grade book with them but keep them from making changes. Currently we do everything manually and use paper planners.

My husband and I are currently working with an architect to design a house. I have captured much information in goodnotes including hand written notes, diagrams and screen shots. It would make it so much easier if I could share the notebook with my husband and architect. I also use goodnotes for Recipe notes and my husband is always asking for access to that notebook too. I love goodnotes and want to share the joy with those around me.

I'm a cake decorator and I love using goodnotes for all my sketches and notes when designing a cake. I've also downloaded a digital planner that I run through goodnotes and it's been life changing! I also have a business partner and we are always collaborating in cakes together, or one of us will take an order and will want to easily share it with the other person - we usually just screen shot things and send via messenger but stuff gets buried and disorganised. I'd love to be able for us to share a digital planner so we both have access to our cake orders and designs. I currently use Evernote for collaborating, but I think goodnotes has the potential to knock it out of the park if they added a share feature!

I use Goodnote in high school and write all my classes on the iPad. I share my classes with all my colleagues. To do this, I have to export it to PDF and add it to Google Drive on a shared folder.
And every time I edit a document, I have to delete the PDF file from the Drive and replace it with the new one.
It is very restrictive to have to do it several times a day.
It should be possible to create a link that shares the file in real time on the web (as on Google Docs). This link should be accessible without downloading the app for simplicity.

I work for a construction company and we use good note folders for every job where we can keep our proposals, plans, notes, and anything else associated with the job. (Vendor quotes, important emails from customer, etc). I'd like to have one company file that the other users in our company can add to. Right now we are constrantly emailing each other our goodnotes folders. I have an employee on vacation it would be nice to have so I can follow up on his jobs and have the information available to everyone. Often I have multiple people stopping at the same job.

I’m renovating a home out of town. Being able to collaborate with homeowner and contractor would be a game changer. It’s inconvenient if different versions are floating out there. But this allows everybody to make comments

I use goodnotes for digital planning --to collaborate my schedule with others in my family would be a tremendous time saver- and prevent double bookings :-)

The ability to allow another user to access one folder to add/modify documents.

We use goodnotes to take notes in our office. My boss writes handwritten to-do notes that he sends to me. It would be easier to have a shared notebook that we can both work on and he can see my progress as I check items off his list.

Being able to collaborate with co workers would very handy. Having some kind of public notebook that everyone can work on at the same time
