Make highlighter default to highlight in straight line and not freestyle!
Please please pleaseeeee give me the option to highlight in a straight line as the default way to highlight. It is INCREDIBLY frustrating to be writing in freestyle when I'm taking notes in class then I have to press the shapes button and then press the highlighter button to switch to highlighter in order to highlight in a straight line. It would make my notes not look like a hot mess when I'm done. PLEASEEEEE!! At least allow there to be an option to default the highlighter to highlight in a straight line.

We’re happy to announce that the update 5.6.0 that we released today adds an improved shape recognition including the option to hold at the end of a line to make a perfect shape, shape selection & editing, and curve drawing. It further improves the recognition of circles and squares and adds back the ability to draw shapes with the highlighter.

i am sorry but this freaking highlighter is making me insane. I keep trying to draw a straight line and have it automatically switch to a straight line, and sometimes it works, but most of the time i have to draw it over and over again before it detects I am trying to draw a straight line. PLEASE make an option to have highligher only be a line
and while Im at it, you guys REALLY need more options. keyboard shortcuts are ass. should be 0-9 not the first letter of the tool. I dont want to reach over for 'E' and then all the way back to 'p' to switch between pen/eracer. Need to add an option to change how long I need to hold for a straight line to aprear with the pen. or make that a keyboard shortut: when I hold 'L' or something with pen equipt it automatically makes a line. you NEED cross compatibility with the web/windows app and ipad. Yes Ive tried the "share link" thing but that is insanely slow and it litterally doesnt work 70% of the time. please give me a shortcut to undo. I like being able to save drawings to the sticky notes section but let me put down something from there in less clicks. actually while I'm on that let me customize the top bar, I dont need half the things and the stuff I REALLY need is a faster way to paste drawings from the sticky notes thing, more pen/highligher modes to switch to, etc. let me swtich to a certain pen/highligher with one tap on the top hotbar instead of needing to do pen>pen>color/line type etc. or give me an option to save certain highligher colors/pen types to a keyboard shortcut.
sorry about the rant but this app is not fast enough for my proffesors this semester. I think I just need an app that allows for more customization

I agree. I always want shapes ON when using the highlighter tool, and I always want shapes OFF when using the pen tool. It would be great to have this be automated, rather than have to tap the shapes button each time I switch tools.
