Audio recording that syncs with handwritten notes
We need linked audio recording so that we won't miss anything in the class or in meetings!
The reason behind the success of NOTABILITY is the audio recording functionality, I use notability just for that!
Please add it.

Agreed! I have notability and audio note, but the writing on notability is challenging and I don't like the filing system. On Audio note, I like how the note is highlighted as you are listening to specific parts of the lecture so it makes it very easy to go back to that part of the lecture.
If Good Notes could add an audio record and an auto highlight (like audio note), this would be the PERFECT app!!! :) -

A function similar to this app called "SoundNote" would be awesome. Where you can record and type/annotate. When you tap on the annotation, they will replay the part of the sound clip that corresponds to the annotation.

If the recording option also had a background noise reduce or sound booster when playing back, that would be great! In addition, it would be nice to have the recording time displayed at the top while recording so I could write down the time on each page.

I agree with Tom. Our company uses this app to review the installation of mechanical systems in buildings. It would be great to be able to record our comments, and place an icon on the pdf drawings in the location where the recording was made. We've tried many similar apps but GoodNotes is by far our favorite. Thanks!

Yes, audio is the only *truly* missing feature. But instead of a system like Notes Plus I vote for *inline* audio notes as seen in Remarks (from Readdle). These audio notes are tied to a location in the PDF and recognized byAcrobat. This is ways better than the Notes Plus system.

As a person with learning disabilities, I cannot tell you how helpful it has been to use SoundNote so that I can pay attention to professors while taking more focused notes (not worrying about missing important info). As I am sure you know, SoundNote time-stamps/synchs your typed notes so that you can go back and touch any section of your notes to return to that part of the recording (my classes run 2:30!) BUT that app has virtually no features and NO ability to mark up pdfs (scanned readings/lecture presentations/outlines). YOUR app would be THE BEST study aide on the market if you could incorporate a synched audio feature.

A possibility of recording time within a note would make a lot of difference.

Voice Recording is a usefull function like Insertionen pictures. During a meeting instead of writing you could record the speech as memo.
