Backwards letter/number detection
It would be great if the spell check feature could be expanded to identify when letters or numbers are written backwards. This would be very helpful for kids and students, especially those with dyslexia.

Keep Camera Settings
Hi Goodnotes Team,
As an architect, I take a lot of measurements on construction sites with GoodNotes and my iPad.
I take a lot of photos for the measurements, which I then label with GoodNotes.
Unfortunately, I have to reset the desired camera settings for each photo, e.g. flash on or zoom setting of the camera.
It would be nice if there was an option to save the last camera settings.

Hello, my name is Tami, and I have been using GoodNotes since its initial release. I believe you must have tried the app CollaNote at some point.
Today, I have a request. In the CollaNote app, when you write, it automatically adjusts the shape of the letters to keep them from looking uneven, almost like a magnetic effect. As a left-handed person with tremors, I often struggle with keeping my writing neat.
I would greatly appreciate it if GoodNotes could add a similar feature that automatically adjusts the shape of letters in your next update. This feature would be incredibly helpful for people like me. For someone like me, handwriting in Goodnote is very difficult.

allocated disk space
I would be happy to purchase more allocated disk space! I use Goodnotes for my planner and I can't delete anything. I would pay $100 a year for satisfactory disk space.

Separate paid for app on apple Store
Hello,
I work for a school IT Department, and an Issue I have is we use Apple School Manager to manage all of our Ipads that the teachers use, the issue we face is all of them love good notes and have collectively agreed that goodnotes 6 is the way forward, but I have at the moment had to say no as MDM software at this time does not allow you to make in-app purchases, Which is why I have come here to suggest that you make a separate paid for goodnotes app that comes with the full version of good notes 6, as this would allow multiple educational establishments to purchase goodnotes in bulk rather than sticking with the free version or other related apps

Extra hidden page on the main page (where you can write additional information or completed homework)
Imagine a button that you put near a definition and after click on it. Appears smaller page where you can write your own explanation or answer.
For example you have homework. There is a question and not enough space to answer it. So you add this little button that opens extra smaller page where you can answer questions fully.
When reviewing notes for test, you find similar question and because of stress you received you cannot understand the little answer u wrote between lines. With new possible feature you open this button and there’s a normal size font to read with a full answer you need.
As a grade 12 student of high school, it would be EXTREMELY useful. As I received a lot of homework questions, it’s uncomfortable to create a new page and go from page to check question to page where I’m answering it.
Please, this feature would be a really cool thing that people would like, and I’m sure you’ll gain more audience who will open for themselves useful tool to keep focused.

A blank music sheet as a slide, so you easily can write music scores in hand.
I would love to have a music sheet as a “standard” slide, like the squared and dotted. It would make it easier if I want to write down some music or if I need to add extra parts to the piece I’m playing.

wouldn´t it be greate to use the amazing "E-Mail to goodnotes" feature with the option to save the PDF into a folder in goodnotes instead to the homedirectory?
Would love to see this soon!I import many pdf´s daily with this methode to goodnotes and it takes much time to sort this automaticaly send pdf´s all the time.

Enhancing the Writing Tools and Study Card Features
I loved the new keyboard option for writing, like in “Word.” But I would like more options to modify the font and other aspects, other tools, to improve the writing part. Another suggestion is that when I paste something I copied from ChatGPT, it comes with symbols like * and #. There could be an option to locate these symbols and remove them all. Add more features to the study cards (you can borrow some ideas from Anki) haha. Thank you, I look forward to it! I love the app <3

Using the laso tool to lock drawings/handwritings together
When writing notes, or creating drawings it could be helpful to have a "lock" tool so when moving/resizing/or color changes can be grouped together (instead of each time needing to circle every individual part and possibly missing something)

Font
It would be really useful to have the same expanded font choice for a keyboard entering and handwritten text to typed text that you offer using the text tool in the box. I’m a creative person, and I like to choose my font to type in.

Touch and hold an image
Similar to the apple and google touch and hold on an image to isolate it from a picture and then copy and paste it to your GoodNotes page, the lasso tool also lasso’s parts of the background, I would love the ability to touch and hold an image and be able to grab it from a page copy and paste it or create an element sticker with it to use later. As it is now I have to open my photos and utilize this feature. There are times I have inserted a shape or text and the lasso tool doesn’t grab and isolate the image it attached the background too.
