I suggest AUDIO deleting and trimming option shall be added
Sometimes I record an audio accidentally or say something that is not useful or maybe record class audio and forget to stop recording while mid class breaks in such cases not having a deleting option and a trimming option ends up adding to my storage unnecessarily.

Invisible pages
Creates invisible slides so that you can make some slides or pages "invisible". You would not see these when you normally go through the pages, only if you click on them they will show up. This way, students could hide pages that the professor noted as >not relevant to the exam<. The amount of pages would be smaller without the need to delete them.

Insert title and photos to comments
Ability to insert both titles and photos to each comment. The only option today is an automatic serial number as a title and only typing text as a comment.

better text alignment options
I think these two text alignment buttons in apple notes- as shown in the attached image -give more freedom and more alignment degrees than the 3 buttons options in goodnotes which are less functioning( i.e. just extreme right , center , extreme left )

Making Study set easier to navigate
I tried the new study set fission, and I love the concept.
The only problem I have with are:1 not being able to see and jump trough all my flashcards
2 having to press twice on the question/answer cart to be able to edit, and the fact that hey open in a different section completely, this is a little annoying since I cannot see my question when I'm writing the answer9 votes -
Laser pointer support for note recording
Hello! I love the new option to record notes, it's a game changer!
Would it be possible for the app to remember the laser pointer when recording?
So I could speak and record notes showing what I mean by the laser pointer as I speak before the laser pointer is recorded and displayed when the recording is played?

Colour selection for notebooks
Would be great if you could change the colour for the notebooks too. You can colour the folders and the learning sets, but not for the notebooks in folders.

ich studiere zur Zeit und nutze dabei sehr gerne die neue Funktion der Lernsets. Eine kleine Verbesserung, welche aus meiner Sicht sehr zur Übersicht beitragen würde, ist dass man einstellen kann, von welchen Lernsets man eine Benachrichtigung bekommen möchte, dass man diese lernen soll. Ich habe nämlich viele Lernsets und verliere da total den Überblick.

但是，“放大镜”与“手动拉大页面细节”有区别吗？
都是只能看到几个字，但后者更方便切换倍数，双指能完成放大镜的全部操作，且便捷性更高！若说“放大镜”是为老年、视力障碍群体准备，那么荧光屏幕与纸质书籍那个更伤眼？
即使是正常人，若非笔记多且电子版方便检索，我也不愿长时间使用Goodnotes！开发者，动动脑子吧！
实用功能不见开发，碍眼的功能和瑕疵却不少！
反馈站有不少专业化用户，它们的学科要求草图精度与各种参数，而这些本可以借助AI直接在线生成后插入，而不见GN开发者的动静，善于利用AI总比开发一个专业作图工具容易吧！
由此可见，一群不使用电子笔记本的人说着某某功能对用户有用，是多么荒唐的一件事！1 vote -
Mathematik mit der Tastatur
Ich würde gerne in einem karierten Notizbuch fest von einem Kästchen ins nächste springen können, um wirklich Matheaufgaben mit der Tastatur zu erledigen, da ich Körperbehindert bin und nicht mit dem Stift arbeiten kann. Tue ich dies mit einem Textfeld, sind die Zahlen nie dort wir sie sein sollen und stimmen in ihrer Größe nicht mit den Karos überein. Das ist sehr schade, da die App ansonsten viel bietet. Aber für Mathematik ist es nur auf den Stift ausgelegt. Das geht bei mir nicht!

Chinese typing malfunctions when the input is long
When I was using GoodNotes for macOS and typing with the system default Chinese IME to type a long Chinese sentence, the pinyin input was not replaced by the Chinese characters. Instead they kept staying on the screen after I select the Chinese characters and even repeated themselves.

Animation for presentation
Is it possible to have a Keynote style magic move feature?
I know Goodnotes is primarily a not taking app but I love the laser with tracking feature and use it for presentations all the time.
The only thing that takes me back to keynotes is their magic move which is also brilliant, they have static laser which is nowhere near s as good.
Miro also has an animation feature which I use with ability to write on screen but they don’t have this laser.
If Goodnotes could have animation for presentation, that would be a solid feature.

Jump to page
It would be really useful with a feature which gives the opportunity to quickly jump from one page number to another random page by typing in the page number.
The feature is already built in, but it requires too many taps to go through the menu and find it.I often have large PDFs in court with thousands of pages, and need to be able to jump from e.g. page 37 to 1754 really quick without too many taps.

ios에서 사용할 수 있는 굿노트에 비해 안드로이드용은 기능이 너무나도 부족합니다. 예로 지우개 개수가 적고 세부 조절이 불가능하며 , 펜과 하이라이터 색깔은 기본적으로 3개밖에 등록되어 있지 않아 사용에 불편함이 있습니다. 또한 도형을 그려 내부에 색칠을 하는 것, 타자 기능, 펜으로 덧그려 지우는 자잘한 편리 기능도 모두 없어 동일한 추가 부탁드립니다.

More geometric form recognized
For example the option that recognizes what you are drawing for more complex forms like hexagons or hyperbolic function would probably help expecially for a more scientific use.

Reconsidering menu bar icons design
In Goodnotes 6, I would say that the icons design (in menu bar) are more confused. Sometimes I hesitate to click on the good one.
This is the case for an icon I often use, "zoom window". Speaking of this one, I liked it better when it was on the left of the menu bar, not least because it disappears when I use Goodnotes in split view on my iPad.
Could you envisage a personal organization of icon placement? With the possibility of removing some of them. (For example, I never use the pointer and could therefore do without it).2 votes
