Flash Cards "Zoom in" Function! (or use up whole screen!)
I love the new flash cards update! Spaced Repition is perfect. It would be even better, if Flash Cards would use up the whole screen while in Study mode!
- Please add a "Zoom in" Function for Flash Cards in Study mode!
To understand and learn better, it would be so helpul! Sometimes you can't read something, cause it's too small or you wanna simply touch the content or zoom into an illustration!
- Also it would be helpful to be able to write or draw something on the Flash cards while in study mode. That would make work flow so much better and Goodnotes to the ultimate App!! No need for Anki anymore!!

in MacOS, the scroll handle is way too small (very hard to grab)
In MacOS, the scroll handle is far too small. It is very hard to "grab" onto using a mouse. Please make it larger and easier to interact with.

Rather than only having the option to using an AMOLED background, it would be preferable to allow users to set a custom image as the background

Option to rearrange the order of flashcards
I cannot re-arrange the order of my study set. If i want to add a subsequent new card to a topic on e.g flashcard no.42, I need to delete every flashcard after no.42 to add that new relevant card. This wouldn't be an issue if the feature to re-arrange the cards existed.

Better template library management: Add paper templates purchased on the GoodNotes Store to template library
Please give us a fast way of adding notebook pages or purchased papers to our Template Libraries.
I just bought a number of paper templates from the GoodNotes Store and it seems will now need to waste twenty minutes manually exporting PDFs of each individual page, and manually adding each page separately back in to my Template Library. It won’t import a multi-page pdf and split out the pages. It won’t import an exported GoodNotes notebook. It will only import templates from Files or Photos. It would be nice to just tell it to add page X from notebook Y to my template library. Or “add this purchased paper to my library”
Currently the FAQ reads: “ To avoid unseen/unwanted changes to your library settings, such purchased items are downloaded in the form of notebooks for easier importing, and so you'll need to copy a cover/template from that notebook and use it as needed”. However considerate this may be, when we pay money for a paper template, we want it available as a template!

Double tap to turn study card
Tap to turn. The app is for ipad, it’s unintuitive then that the flash card starts on typing and you have to tap into a different screen to start writing with stylus. Generally, no one using goodnotes is trying to type their things. I also don’t like having to go in and out in and out to write the question and then it’s answer, I suggest having a double tap feature where the card in question is able to flip for ease of editing either sides.

Button to switch between File Explorer and Currently Open Documents
At the moment one can switch from the document viewer to the file explorer … but not the other way around. From a UI / UX standpoint, this flaw is very frustrating.
This problem was raised several years ago but apparently ignored. The currently suggested 'solution' (to use the search button and select a document from there) just does not cut it. A 'hack' is never a good solution to a design flaw.

Improve Search Function
I would love to have the ability to search just within a certain folder. I have a folder for each class, but being in vet school my classes overlap a lot. I would like to be able to search within a specific folder to be able to find info from just one class.
Also with the new study set feature it would be great if we could have a search function within the study set just like any other Notebook

Full name of files in search results
I would like to suggest that there is a possibility to display the full name of the pdf where something was found in the results of a search.

Can ‘t repurchase 6 via Apple Store
Purchased 6 once but cancelled and paid back to me.a few weeks later tried to re-purchase 6 via the store.however can not do it.maybe remain the record (purchased once) still in good note app.Anyway want to re-purchase it ,how should I do for it?

Sell Goodnotes 5 and Goodnotes 6 simultaneously.
You may need sometime to improve user experience of Goodnotes 6. In the meantime, you should sell both versions and thus keep the normal functions of Goodnotes 5. When Goodnotes 6 starts getting good comments and good ux, the Goodnotes 5 users may upgrade.
Now with the sync issue, I'm getting frustrated and started to look for alternative apps...

By allowing an ‘undo’ function for favourite text.
I use a few favourite text sizes and style and have inadvertently’locked’ one in the new favourites function and now can’t change fonts. Very upsetting as it now has prevented me finishing my book.

improve search engine
When you search in a written pdf using GoodNotes search engine it often misses (due to not recognizing the word or an adjacent hyphen - ), while other apps (like notability or OneNote) find it easily.

(change page number) Set page one in a textbook to page one in goodnotes
First off, thanks for adding page numbers, the go-to page feature is awesome. Now I wish there was a way to set a page as page one and the pages before it would be negative pages. a lot of text books and documents I import don't have the cover or preface referenced with a standard page number. Thanks!

Serious problem on playback the Recording
Goodnote6 is have a big issue it is when I playback the recording for some period of time it overheats and crash the app.
I try reinstall the app restart my iPad pro 12.9”(M2)
You should consider this as big problem cause this make the recording feature unusable. And this is annoying1 vote -
Problem with adding sticker
The application keeps shutting down whenever I try to add stickers.
It happened frequently in Good Note 5, but it keeps happening after upgrading to 6. So I can't add stickers.
I tried shutting down the application and running it again, and rebooted the iPad, but the problem remains.

A lot of ideas
I've been using Good Notes for university and life in general for two years now, and there are several features that would make the app a much better place to study.
I've thought about them and here they go (my native language isn't english so sorry if i make mistakes):-The audio option could be better (it would be great to be able to leave them inserted as stickers in any part of the sheet and thus divide the audio into sections, and that when pressed the previously recorded audio would sound). Also give them names and that they are not predetermined as "audio clip". Each audio clip can be paused and continue recording within the same clip, otherwise it is messed up. Being able to increase their speed.
-Choose the background color, you can only choose between white, beige and dark grey, although one could paint the entire sheet, it is not the same since there are no lines to guide oneself, and if I draw on top with another color, when moving the drawing also moves the background.
-Being able to set objects, there is only the option to set things according to categories (text boxes, handwriting, etc.) there is not the option to set something specific. For example, if you want to move a single image but not the others.
-Put videos, in the same way as audios.
-To be able to make animations, that there would be a function such as "start animation", you draw with the pencil and then "end animation" and what you did remains as a gif that can be reproduced with a click (I study astrophysics and this would help me, for example , to model a trajectory that I find difficult to visualize in a static drawing).
-To be able to edit the opacity of the objects, for example if I have an image but I want it to look more transparent because I want to write on top of it. To this could also be added that there was a mini photo editor for the images that are inserted, sometimes I take the photo from good notes and insert it right away, but I don't like how it looks, this could include colors, perspective, stretching, etc. .
-Add justified text option.
-The color and design of the folders could be customizable, as well as the background of the main menu and the interface in general.
-The text could be erased as if it were written with a pencil and move in the same way and not as a whole, it would be much more comfortable.
-Automatic backup option.
-Add the option of tracing with a dotted line and perhaps other formats.
-More pencil textures.
-Add line option with gradient effect or things like that.
-More cropping options, not only square and freehand, but also circular and/or automatic object recognition.
-Move things directly from one sheet to another with the pen, without having to copy and paste. This is useful for vertical scrolling mode.
-When I export the documents as PDF or JPG, the highlighted colors appear darker.
-Sometimes the text appears double when trying to move it.
-When writing in the app, the color of the highlights is not very powerful, but if I highlight something and erase a little bit of the highlight with the eraser, the color of the highlight changes to a more powerful one.
-When highlighting, what is written becomes opaque and so that it doesn't look like that I have to do the process in reverse: first highlight and then write the text on top of it, this is uncomfortable because one does not measure the size of what is going to be highlighted well with advance. By default the highlighter should be behind the writing and text.
-That the zoom out in the vertical scrolling mode, have the distance limit where the sheets occupy the screen size, as it happens with the zoom out with the horizontal scrolling mode.
-Tabs with subcategories, that is, having tabs within another tab, being able to group them.
I suggest you look at the reviews that people write in the App Store, it is full of suggestions and errors to improve.

Color | Audio | Overlay
- It should be possible to fetch the desired color from the page, for example from an image.
- Change the name of the audios, and have something that would appear if that specific page had an audio. | It was good to have an option where what we wrote during the audio didn't stay on the page, or that for example we could record the red pointer together with the audio.
- The option to adjust the position of an object and "send to the back" or "bring to the front", also divert is possible.
