add scrolling margin
Now it is hard to write near the edge of the page while zooming in.
For example, writing on the right edge of the page with the right-hand needs your hand to float.
For another example, using the lasso tool, once the pencil detected released near the edge of the screen, the selection region will be confirmed.Adding a scrolling "margin" would be the best solution; allow scroll outside the page.

On Off setting for the autocorrect on handwriting to text
The autocorrection for the handwriting to text corrects words that I sometimes dont want to be corrected. So it would be nice to be able to turn off the Setting.

bad upgrade of GOODNOTES
Hello, im a college student from India and I thought of getting Goodnotes 5 in few days as i have been collecting money to get the one time purchase of 999inr but unfortunately Goodnotes came up with its new update which is Goodnotes 6 and its asking 2999 that is 3k inr which is being really impossible for me to get the One time purchase. Pen size
Change pen size back so it is easier and quicker to change from the tool bar.

Study Cover
I wish there was a feature similar to the one on Notability that allows you to place a sticker over information that you are studying. When you tap the sticker, it reveals the information underneath. This would be helpful when studying diagrams or portions of your notes.

Procreate-like page movement
The current zoom-in zoom-out is frustrating in that it does not allow the user to move the page, we instead move around a fixed point. In procreate were able to move the page any which way we want and I believe this would allow for greater flexibility on how a user can write their notes.

choose what notecards you want to study
It would be amazing if you could select what note cards you want to study at one time. Some material is harder than others, thus you only need to see certain material once or twice, while other materials need to be seen multiple times.
I can make 200+ index cards and I need to be able to learn them efficiently.

I write my notes in 3 Languages: English, Français and German. To avoid that Goodnotes corrects all correct text because of language issues
Allow using many languages in parallel with a definition in settings

Adjust the line
I can edit lines as long as I don't lift the pen off it. which can only be edited at the end of the line I wish I could edit the line whenever my pen touches any area of it.

Saving the color option in notebook
Right now, the app makes it so the last three colors you were using for the highlighter/ pen are kept. But I think it would be helpful to have it so the colours are saved based on the colors being used in that notebook. For some notebooks I use, black, red, and green ink, and for others, I like to have a color theme to them. If the app was able to just keep the colors previously used for that notebook the same rather than the colors used throughout the whole app.

Highlighter and pen presets
Instead of tapping the highlighter (or pen) and then changing the thickness and then changing the color, it would be convenient to have multiple highlighter and pen presets in the toolbar. Settings could be switched with a single tap.
To make room for these extra buttons, the thickness and color items could be collapsed to a drop-down menu for each property with the current thickness and color displayed. (The settings of the active highlighter or pen could be changed via these controls, while a long-tap on the highlighter or pen would still present the existing pop-up menus.)

loading speed
Is there a way to improve the loading speed of the app?
When I open Goodnotes it takes a while to load the library so that I can choose my notebook, or if I had a notebook open last, it takes a while to load that. During this time the app seems to be frozen. It does the same thing when I'm switching back and forth from another app back to Goodnotes.

Paste to multiple pages
It would be awesome to have the ability to group pages by number sets (or customizable keywords) and paste to multiple pages at once. I use goodnotes as my digital planner. It would be great if I could paste my recurring daily tasks or appointments to all of my days or specific days of the week that they occur, i.e 3:30 monday swim class to all of my mondays.

Copy objects of flashcards from question area to answer
I often use flashcards to memorize name of body. It is important for me to memorize related several parts with one illustration. While creating cards, I need to copy illustrations from answer area to question's one (or opposite). Because I need illustration & words together in answer area.
Of course I understood Lasso tool can do that. But it is annoying to select whole area of question.
Adding "copy whole objects from question area to answer area" function saves time a lot.2 votes -
Bulk transform page layout
I like to work on squared paper but I don’t need it to be printed out with squares. If I only could select all or “from - to” for those pages that I want to print out. I could save some inkt.

Suggestions for the devices that don't support Apple Pencil
When I using Goodnotes on the devices like Mac and iPhone where don't support Apple Pencil, here's something I wanted:
-- Letter beautification, the letters written by finger on whatever touchpad or screen is not tidy enough, this tool will make the ugly characters more beautiful, add even with font selection if possible
-- Graphics tool that draws shapes by dragging and dropping with a single finger
-- A more responsive text selection tool, and after selecting the text displays a toolbar similar to the one in Word, not the one that comes with Apple's system.1 vote -
Make Extra Margin Space In Imported PowerPoints
It would be super nice to have extra space to write sentences and phrases on the side or under imported PowerPoint instead of only being able to write on the slide. Writing on the slide helps highlight terms etc, but doesn't help any extra information a teacher/professor may say out loud, that's not a part of the slide.

Annotation and Highlight eraser
Hello! I love annotating and i think it would be interesting if there was a feature where in when you want to annotate, it acts like a highlighter but you can click on the higlighted word/phrase and add in your thoughts. A cleaner way to annotate :)
And lastly there are times wherein i want to erase my highlights but unfortunately even my drawings would be erased :( i hope theres a way to easily erase highlighters rather than pressing the undo button
