Flashcards Overview
The new flashcard feature is great, now we can see the cards in a bigger way. The only thing that would be useful, would be if we had an overview over all the cards like we do in a normal notebook over all the pages, so that we can find specific cards more easily.

Audio recordings should restore themselves after a crash, app restart, etc. Competitors such as Notability already have this functionality.

Footnote tool
Please add a Footnote tools. Sometime when taking notes (either by hand writing or keyboard), I want to refer an information from something I wrote to any specific document or any format of information I need to put on which already saved on my ‘IPad books library’ (e.g. .pdf) by adding a footnote. When tapping the footnote, I can browse and choose any doc from my library, open the source, and highlighted the specific information I want to pointed if such reference is an ebook-pdf which contains many pages. Therefore, the exact highlighted information will immediately and automatically show up once I tap the footnote. In addition, if I want to read further information, I can scroll up/down the pdf on the footnote I’ve tapped just like ordinary reading an ebook. The footnote usually set in numbers, please add numbers on tools as footnote numbers. Below, I drop a picture for a sample

GoodNotes for macOS is Awful
GoodNotes for Mac used to be great before they switched to Catalyst. These problems have persisted for years and keeps getting worse.
Problems:
- Can't print notes with images - None of the images actually print out, just blank space. This sucks when you make your notes in GoodNotes and want to print them out to prepare for lecture.Can't drag-and-drop images anymore. No pasting from a Word document, or cut/paste from Preview.
Importing an image comes in with weird sizing
Crop tool is missing when right clicking on images and it depends on the type of image format
Drag-and-Drop a file now just pastes in the file name
Super clunky interface. I'm using a Macbook Pro, but the interface is slow to respond and has the feature completeness of an iPad app (which SUCKS)
These problems have persisted for years, ever since they got cheap and stopped supporting a dedicated macOS application and started using Catalyst. Catalyst sucks and, as a result, Goodnotes sucks. It has been years and I'm finally fed up with waiting, I'm switching to a new note taking application.

Crop Stickers
Some stickers (for me especially sticky notes) are longer than it's necessary.. It would be awesome if trere was a crop tool for stickers and images.

Add a way to create custom pen colors for each notebook. For instance I color code stuff for each notebook I have but I don't want to go searching for all the colors I saved. Instead I want to name a custom color pallet so the pen and highlighter slots change color at one instead of individually changing the colors.

Scribble , presets for font size
1) We can sure update scribble without a text box like we have in apple notes.
2) Also we can have three different font size presets so we can easily change font size faster. Same should be done in the fonts , like favourite fonts so that we don't have to scroll down3 votes -

bookmark icon overing over page instead
I miss the bookmark icon too, but I also understand that toolbar space gets scarce - there might even be other features upcoming that need it.
So why not overlay the bookmark icon/button on the actual page - in the top left or right corner, like every ebook reader app does?
(Zooming and scrolling ensures it could not cover up something on the page.)4 votes -

Photos in comments
I’m using comments to add notes to my lectures where there are no space and if I don’t have space for some notes then won’t have for a photo either so I think adding photos to comments I really a helpful way for organizing the lecture

move pictures when writing?? Terrible!
I like add a picture into the note and writing on the picture. But after updating, the picture always move by my hand! It is terrible! At least, this feature should be turned on or off at our discretion.

Voice note annotation
Voice Note Annotations
It would be nice to insert a voice note annotation some paragraph or lines that we feel so.
Like our voice, explaining the meaning or a mneumonic related to that particular sentence paragraph, so that we can just click on that voice button and hear what was our thought about it when we read that before.
At present, it’s collection of voice notes for the entire notes which we cannot be renamed or edited, and is not specific to particular Pages.
So the newly added voice feature should be improved.

When using text boxes, I can only tab across the screen to a certain extent (about 1/3 of the page width) before the cursor jumps to the next line. When trying to type around embedded images or handwritten notes, it’s extremely frustrating to use the tab key only so far and then have to press and hold the space bar for the cursor to go exactly where I want. It would be great if you added the ability to use the tab key across the entire page if we wanted to instead of having the cursor move to the next line.

Edit when Learning
In current version of “Study Set”, I cannot edit the content on the flash cards, which is really very inconvenient, since you always find some mistakes or imperfections on your own handwriting. In this case, I sensitively hope you can allow editing by Apple Pencil (everyone use only fingers to flip flash cards) directly when in the “Smart Learn” mode as well as “Practice” mode. This function really matters and completely reasonable, please add it ASAP. THANKS!
