Copy and paste text
In the most recent update you changed the copy and paste text to the formatting of where you copied it from instead of the formatting I already have on the text box. Please change it back to how it was before the update where whatever I copied and pasted is the same formatting I have in my text box!!

snap to original size
when resizing handwriting or images, allowing the user to snap back to the original size would be helpful as some people may only want to rotate/change orientation of the object without changing size.

GoodNotes for Windows
I know the Windows version for GoodNotes is still in the Beta, but I would like to suggest making it like the App Version. I'm also missing the Text tool. I'm only working on my desktop pc, so it's useless to use GoodNotes. It would be such a blast if this could be added in the future to make it useable for everyone.

Change color of existing highlight
If using the color of a highlight as a status indicator (such as low, medium, or high priority, for instance), it would be convenient to be able to change the color of an existing highlight instead of deleting the highlight, changing the color of the highlighter, and then re-highlighting the text or area.
CLARIFICATION: While it is possible to select the highlight and use the Color option to select a different color, the colors that are presented are NOT the sames colors available as choices when the Highlighter tool is active.

PDF Printout, more Zoom and thinner pencil widths
I use a lot of power point in pdf in just one page to see my class quicker. It would be great if GoodNotes had PDF printout just like the second picture. Also I would like to have more zoom and thinner pencil widths to be able to write more .

Good notes, good pen!
Hello. I am a Korean college student who is using good notes very well. Here's a very good suggestion to improve GoodNote a little bit
Can't you turn the red beam projector pen (the tool that disappears after a few seconds on screen) at the end of the GoodNote tool selection window into a real pen?
I love that tool. So I think I'd be very happy if I could write with a pen that has the same sense of writing.

Absolute Eraser
I think that an absolute eraser would be beneficial for Goodnotes. It would work with a higher level of erasing than what is currently available, not only erasing annotations but erasing whatever was imported. For example, importing a handout from university, an absolute eraser would allow us to erase a specific paragraph so that we can write and reword it better which fits our understanding better. This is not limited to rephrasing but also making it such that some words may be erased for fill in the blanks to promote active recall without the need to do flash cards. I have tried using a white large pen however it is very inconvenient since it is still too thin and the can be accidentally erased. It would work similar to a background eraser in photoshop.

Add blank page with exact size of document pages
Can we add the option to insert a new blank page, which has exactly the same size as the pages in the PDF?
As a student, I open various PDF slides everyday. However, when I want to insert a blank page in between for more detailed notes, it's difficult to figure out the exact same width. But using a page with a different width makes scrolling and zooming less fluid.

Add measuring tools like ruler or square
It would be great for educational content. E.g. math, you could measure degrees of triangles or construct geometric forms using the measuring tools.

Flipping Images and Writing
While I enjoy the rotate and resize tool, I feel that inverting images should be implemented! It's useful for drawing (take chemical figures) or plain symmetry for digital note-taking.

I just want to slide down but not move it!
When I am typing in something, I just want to slide down but not to move what I write it down! And I cannot zoom it if I cannot touch the edge of pages !!!it’s so unconvincing!!! made me so angry,,

Enable each slide/lecture to be a learning card/set
Please create a button, to transfer the slides of a lecture directly into a learning set. In the moment you have to create each learning set and each learning card by yourself.
My idea would just convert every single slide into a learning card.

I don't know why there are two options
1.Making flashcards using flashcards template
2.Making flashcards using study sets
Instead you can combine both to make it best .Read following point to know how ...
1.There should be only one option to make flashcards (either by "Flashcard" / "Studyset" name )
2. In this we can make our flashcard with all those options that are present in making flashcard using flashcard template
a.Like editing image-by cropping it ,writing on it etc ,unlike studysets where we get only 3 options (text,image & sketching)b.Could share only selected flashcards instead of sharing whole .
c.Page view to jump into selected flashcard
3.During practicing /smart learn
a. we should be able to edit a page directly from that windowb. scroll option to jump into specific flashcard

Custom Pen Slots in Nav
I find myself swapping between two different pen styles often, and it would be great if (like the recently added color slots), you would also offer the option to add custom pen slots in the nav bar.
I attached a quick mockup showing a possible way to do this.

For students it may be necessary print anotations that they made in goodnotes.

continue where you left off on mac os
It would be nice to have the last worked page on the mac version show up on reboot. It is quite difficult to find and open the file we are working with each time.
