Stylus sensitivity needs lower bound setting to control how firm you have to press before ink is laid down.
I think the reason for so many questions about handwriting looking spidery or messy is that the sensitivity settings do not have a lower-bounds option. What I mean is that as well as the maximum pressure, there should also be the lowest pressure at which any pen creates any mark. I can just rest my stylus under it's own weight and it creates a clear mark. We should be able to adjust the lower bound setting so that we can control how firmly we have to press before any 'ink' is laid down.
My writing in Procreate using the brushes in there that have this lower-bound sensitivity adjustment is neat because the stylus is not picking up every micro-movement of my hand. I can change this lower bound so that I have to apply firmer pressure meaning it filters out any tiny micromovements.
I have a nerve damage injury to my writing had that means as I write I have very fine micro-movements and this is magnified by Goodnote's pen behaviour so one could think of this feature as something that should come under the umbrella of Accessibility features.
I also see other questions about adding a single-finger erase option but no such feature has been implemented yet. Please implement this feature.
Thanks for listening.

1 Outline but Curated From Multiple Documents
It would be wonderful to create a file (A) that allowed me to compile pages from many other documents/files (B, C, D.....) into file A's outline instead of copying and importing into file A. This would help tremendously with research papers and consolidating information on one topic from multiple sources.

Open multiple instances of document
In addition to the multi-tab functionality already in GoodNotes, it would be very useful to be able to open multiple instances of the same document at the same time. An example use case would be flipping between textbook chapters and tthe problems at the end of the chapter. Currently bookmarking provides a way to make it easier to flip back and forth between sections of a text, but it's clunky and much less convenient, and I often end up using my computer instead.

invert colours when sharing
Be able to write and view a note in dark mode however automatically invert to white paper and black/ darker coloured text when exporting to a pdf, sharing the document or printing. Onenote already does this and it is very useful.

Mode Switching
Hi - I love Goodnotes, but it's too cumbersome to repeatedly switch between read-only mode and editing mode and it creates needless cognitive burden (e.g. you have to think about which mode you're in).
It would be great to have a setting where I can enable hyperlinks (e.g. navigational links) to work AT ALL times - even when I'm in editing mode. In such a scenario, I could happily edit with my Apple Pencil (including scribbling over hyperlinks), but the moment I touch a hyperlink with my finger, Goodnotes would take me to that link.
This feature alone would help make Goodnotes so much more user-friendly on a day-to-day basis.

Open Multiple Notes at Once
When taking notes for class, I write in a new note for each lecture rather than continuing off of one notebook. When studying for exams, I'd like to open all my lecture notes at once to study, but I can only tediously open one at a time. Could you add a feature for you to select and open multiple notes at once? Thank you!

Option to exclude folders from iCloud sync
Goodnotes 5 syncs all documents to the iCloud. It would be great if the user good choose not to sync certain files and folders.
Thank you very much!

Be able change opaqueness of highlighter
I think it would be easier if we had an option that allowed us to choose which opaqueness we wanted instead of having to overlap the same area again and again. Especially for someone like me that wants the overlapped areas to line up perfect.

Title colors
Can the title of a document, image or any sort of file be more colors than just white?
I want them to be red, pink, green, yellow, orange, brown, blue and so on.
The reason is that I save articles in goodnotes and then I use them as sources in my papers. To make writing the sources quicker i just assort them into colors as to immeditaly tell them apart. However I would be much more effecient if I had some help to remember which color belongs to which goodnotes files - the solution is if the title were different colors. I would also be able to tell them apart when I have multiple tabs open, without having to read the name.
I can use emojis for this reason, but im suggesting it anyways

Lernkarten in Reihenfolge abfragen!

fixing moving
When magnifying a pdf file in vertical scrolling state, if it is enlarged more than a certain percentage, it cannot be fixed to move left and right.
I want to continue using the pdf file by enlarging it to fit the iPad's horizontal aspect ratio, but it's so inconvenient.

Clean Page Transition WITHOUT any effect + a REAL presentation mode.
Paging Transition WITHOUT any effect (like one can with PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat).
I use GoodNotes in virtual meetings as well in presence ones. The page transition animation are ‘nice at first’ but always distracting, specially in cases of two or more pages that are identical except a few visual clues (like an added box to call attention to a detail)… in those cases a clean, seemless transition, is a MUST.
I saw many other suggestions of the kind here, all SHUTDOWN by some ‘moderator’ as being a non issue that you can set the presentation mode toalways full page(I have tried, to no avail, all three options (annexed pic), none worked as expected, specially in a remote environment, for instance when one is using Microsoft Teams for the meeting and sharing the screen… the others will see what YOU see).!! At the end, what is really needed is a REAL PRESENTATION MODE (like one has in PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and so many others) in which the interface vanishes and one can seemless go forwards/backwards without any distraction of any kind so that it can be used in a presence presentation as well in a remote environment (sharing the full screen).

Scroll Button
Have a up/down and left/right button for scrolling between pages so that I don’t have to swipe. Easier to switch pages and let it align perfectly every time.
