Preset that conbining pen style, color, thickness and other pen settings
Just like creating unique pen by myself, which will be convenient in particular occasion, instead of setting everyting any time we switch to another occasion.
It's the same with other tool, but pen is the most important.4 votes -

Ability to “ go back “ to previous page or screen after clicking a hyperlink
I would love the ability to go back to previous screen or page instead of having to scroll through after clicking a embedded link . For example I use a digital planner and while I’m looking at weekly view I might click Monday for example, thus taking me far away from my weekly page. I then have to swipe through or go up to my bookmarks to get back. A simple gesture or button that’s essentially backs up would be the greatest user friendly improvement .

Pdf formular
It would be great, if an imported PDF formular would still be editable. Not just with annotations but with typed text in the recommended type-in boxes

Customize (toggle different) views of Thumbnails (3x3, or 6x6, etc.)
I'm a teacher and I use Goodnotes for marking many assessments seeing as we are largely remote nowadays, it would be nice to change the number of pages we see in each row (even if that means making the icons smaller). For example, in a test that was four pages long, I can bookmark the start of each new student's test and it lines up nicely, but if I am marking anything other than a four page test, it doesn't - if possible, it would be great to pick and choose how many pages are seen per row (like a…

Colored favorites
As a student I have it iced myself flagging slides/pages for many reasons. It would be nice to have the ability to change the color of the flags. For example, so I can quickly see what items I need to review and what items I have favorited for reference.

Personalize the bookmarks
Now we can use the red bookmark feature to highlight a page or the red star button for folders. However it would make it even better if one could change colors of those bookmarks and therefore find them in different areas, like with MacOS (see attached image).

Toggling Visibility of Elements
I often teach from PDFs that I want to slowly reveal small portions thereof as I lecture. The new "elements" feature whereby you can insert an image (like a blank sticky note) and set it on top of text/information/answer is a step in the right direction. If I could tap on the element and it would become invisible (but not erased), that would allow me to slowly reveal what I am presenting in lecture as I lecture. In addition, when I close that PDF after lecturing, all elements would be reset to visible.
I think the ability to tap on…

Simplify or customize the tools bar
The tools bar takes too much space. I think it will be better if I can hind the bar which I circled in red.
