Tool Position-ing on the side(s) AND Undo button
To be able to position the Tool Bar AND the Undo button on the sides; the newest versions allow to position it on the bottom or top only. I think side placement is more helpful for Apple Pencil Version 1 users as I’m sure we quietly use the undo or eraser button quite a lot.

Highlighting makes me go crazy sometimes
Just by a slight movement, the line won’t be straight when I highlight some words in a text. Please make it possible to add a feature where we can select just do have completely straight highlighting lines or freestyle highlighting.

Making the eraser tool more consistant
Erasing within a circles erases the circle itself. The tools should not do this and should be working like it does within other shapes.

lasso selection depending on pencolour
Right now, i’d like to choose only bluecoloured handwritten text, as i often write additional comments between my own lines in other colours. Thx a lot & stay healthy!

Page template divided in thirds top/bottom & side/side for placing pics
Page template divided by lines in thirds top/bottom & side/side (9 blocks) for more easily sizing and placing multiple photos

podéis ampliar la tarjeta de aprendizaje en el MBP M1
como podéis ver es diminuto, en cambio, en el anterior MBP con catalina, el tamaño era pequeño, pero no tanto, que aproveche el tamaño de la pantalla. gracias

Keep stroke thickness when using draw and hold
I like to use the draw and hold feature since it's more convenient than switching between the tools, but it would be great if the stroke thickness wouldn't change to the default setting.

change the order of flashcards when one is marked as unknown
when i mark a flashcard as unknown it automatically re-shows it to me, which isn't very helpful considering i just saw it. it would be more beneficial if it was like quizlet and showed the unknown cards a few cards afterwards so that there's time to "forget it" and recall it again.

disable spelling correction für all slides of a document
Hi there!
I use Good Notes for taking notes in university. And I have to wrote down often medical words that good notes do not recognize. In addition I often want to typ in a language that does not exist in good notes.
So Good Notes to allways automaticly correct my words (which are correct, but good Notes think they are wrong because it ist not in his dictonary). I know that I can disable the spelling correction. Adding the OCR-Layer afterwards
I had scanned a text with an scanner that dosen't has the function to adding an OCR-Layer to the PDF-file. (You have to know that the OCR-Layer is the function for GoodNotes/the iPad to read the words in that file). That's why I am not able to search the words from this scan at the searching-tool. I thought that it would be nice having the function to add this layer after you already scanned the document from an extern device. I use an extern scanner because the quality is much better than that from the iPad-camera.

No more accidental closure & Add more paint tools
Sometimes I accidentally close a tab while I’m changing tools. Not a big deal, but it can be avoided by changing “x button” location.

ruler or improved shape tool for perfect sketches and diagrams
in order to create perfect technical drawings, you need an improved shape tool and a ruler (like apple notes). It would even be best if you could edit them afterwards without having to remove them. Then it would be the perfect app.

Start Autobackup manually
Dear GoodNotes team, unfortunately I activated the automatic backup function once and only created the PDFs. Re-creating the backup (now with the GoodNotes files) is unfortunately not possible - unfortunately I have a lot of documents and so would have to "touch" each one again to update!? Is there a solution? If not my suggestion would be to be able to start the "Autobackup" manually!

Colar imagens por cima de outras imagens
Um ponto muito negativo desta app e que leva muitos usuários a não comprá-la é o facto de quando queremos colar imagens umas por cima de outras, teremos de pensar muito bem antes de o fazer, o que leva a perda de tempo. Por exemplo, se eu colocar uma imagem de um campo de futebol, depois colar várias imagens de jogadores por cima desta, se por ventura, quiser apenas mover 2 ou 3 jogadores simultâneamente a app não permite fazer, ou seja, ou tenho de mover um a um, ou se utilzar a ferramenta de seleção para selecionar os que…

Place your Page on the Screen where you want it to
Because of me writing with my left hand, i have problems by writing at the edge of the paper when i zoom in a bit. A Mode where you can position your page a bit further to the right would be great !!

For better goodnotes(presentation mode, detailed and neat theorem)
Good Note is really good and I use it very well, but I have an opinion for a better note. For example, when I am studying English and try to write the meaning of an English word, I sometimes have to write the meaning very small in the English study materials because I don't have space to write the meaning in the English study materials. text processing
imrpoved text processing like oneNote, Notes, pages or word.
please add more text processing features for use on macs like writing on a page without the limiting textbox, list features etc.
goal: preparing notes during a phonecall with the keyboard, adding texts, lists or preparing a meeting summary directly in GN instead of preparing in Notes or other apps and pasting it to GN afterwards.
this is the reason our workflow still relies on other party apps instead of organizing everything in GN.

Quick scrolling as in other pdf viewers.
I really miss the feature that many other pdf viewers (and browsers, eg safari) have, where one presses and holds the scrolling button to move it up/down to a desired page.
