add ability to embed and use spreadsheets
add the ability to embed a spreadsheet (or word document) and use it as a true spreadsheet - be able to access drop down lists and conditional formatting, etc. This would put me over the moon since this is already an amazing app.

to introduce continuous scrolling for writing
If you reach the end of the paper it is uncomfortable to write. Instead of creating a new page by switching to the next side, you can offer the possibility for continuous scrolling downwards.

lasso tool to copy and paste PDF text, images, graphs, etc
This option to have lasso tool to be able to copy, paste, and move existing text, images, graphs, any visuals that are important would be simply amazing.

Actual paper size view, view at 100% zoom
Strongly request a way to set the paper size to 100% zoom so that I know how big that my handwriting will be when I actually print it out.

2 finger pan and 1 finger lasso/erase/etc
Restore 2 finger pan. Allow 1 finger to select an area to lasso, or erase, or some function that can be customized.

Shape correction
It would be nice if there were an option to autocorrect shapes. If I really want a diamond (decision) shape, but didn't draw a perfect shape, it'd be nice if there were a way for me to indicate I want autocorrection to adjust the angles so it's perfect. Same goes for circles, squares and rectangles (right angle correction). An example of this concept is how Paper does this, though my preference is to use GoodNotes. :)

Add a search tool to the main toolbar
I wish the Search function were on the main toolbar! Having it buried 2 or 3 clicks deep in the '(Other) Options' menu, I often forget about it! It's such a great tool, that I think I would use it much more frequently if it was a single touch away!

Point to point line drawing mode
I would like to be able to draw a series of precise, connected, straight lines segments by tapping a start point then having each subsequent tap define the end point of the next segment.
It would also be nice to have an option to make the end points snap to a grid.

Lock page position and page zoom for entire notebook
I really like the ability to lock a page position and zoom when using Goodnotes as an electronic whiteboard for lecturing. However, a rather annoying trait is that the screen lock turns off every time the page advances.
It would be nice to have an option to "lock all pages".

Insert PDF page into note paper "Not only as separate page"
If I create new note and I want to insert PDF page into that note I'm working on, this function is not available. The only way is to add the PDF page to your notebook as a separate page.
Sometimes, we need to create notes and support that notes with a PDF document.

Selective iCloud Sync
I would like to choose which notebooks / documents get synced through iCloud. I have plenty of documents on my iPad that I don't want to have on my iPhone. Things like PDF manuals or PDF presentations that I just can't use on the smaller iPhone screen.

While using pencil finger acts as eraser
Since the iPad Pro differentiates between pencil and finger interaction why not while using the pencil allow the finger to erase. This would be very efficient for the users.

Add the option to hyperlink from the cut tool options. Basically anything I circle I can assign a link to take me to the associated content.

Ability to reorder *multiple* pages (instead of one by one) by drag-dropping, in the Edit mode
Currently, pages must be dragged one by one to another location in a notebook (in the Edit mode). This is quite tedious when multiple pages have to be moved elsewhere in a long notebook : you end up dragging one page from the top to the bottom of the notebook, and then repeat for every page, instead of dragging all the pages at once.

Erinnerungen
Es wäre klasse, eine Erinnerungsfunktion zu integrieren. Erinnerungen könnten zu einer Notiz auf dem Papier mit einem Symbol hinzugefügt werden. Als aktive Checkbox wäre ideal. Der betreffende Text könnte mit dem Lasso-Werkzeug markiert und später als Erinnerung angezeigt werden. Die Erinnerungen könnten in einer Übersicht, sortiert nach Notizbüchern, angezeigt werden. Diese Funktion wäre ungemein nützlich!

Choose Colors and Pen thickness on iPad Pro in the navbar
While working with an iPad Pro 12" the navbar i kind of empty please add a fast option for color changing. It would be great if you would place about 5 colours directly between the boxwriting and the pen symbol and the pen thickness on the other side!

Single finger swipe feature is great, please add same functionality with eraser and lasso tools
I love the new single finger swipe feature with Apple Pencil. It would be much improved if you could add the same functionality/behavior with eraser and lasso tools. With eraser or lasso tool selected, single finger swipe actually erases/selects instead of scrolling to new page. I am accustomed to using the Apple Pencil to erase or select with the lasso tool, and it would be more intuitive to allow the same single finger swipe behavior just as it does with pen/highlighter tool selected.

Add the camera to the task bar, please.
I attend a few conferences and constantly use Goodnotes, and get asked about it. I would love to be able to add the camera to the task bar. I miss some slides/information because of the time it takes to open the camera. Video would also be good to add. And voice recording. Then it would also be perfect for marking my students work and giving verbal feedback.
