  7. UI Visibility Improvements: Template Chooser

    On iOS devices, the template chooser takes up most of the screen. On Mac, it's a tiny little modal dialog box that screams "Mac Catalyst afterthought".

    And across iPhone/iPad/Mac, the thumbnails previews for each template are so faint that they all look like uniform white/yellow/black rectangles. They're only really discernible on iPad, but barely at that.

    It's a minor nag for me, but objectively, it's careless user-hostility for those with vision impairments. I'd be a lot more incensed about this if I had the vision of my future middle-aged self.

    I would like a feature that is similar to Procreate's "stream line" feature for their brushes, which allows the brush strokes to become sensitive to jitters or micromovements while writing or drawing. Sometimes my handwriting can show imperfections, especially while doing long lines and diagrams.

    Ich würde es super finden, wenn man das aktuelle Datum einfügen könnte, ohne es jedes Mal schreiben zu müssen. Klar kann ich es auch kopieren und dann immer einfügen, aber eine Einfügen wäre dann doch einfacher.

  15. Collapse sticky notes olive you can comments

    Like how we can create comments and collapse them, if we could place a sticky note and collapse it, I think this would be a great feature to expand note taking. Especially on things like PDFs that do not have a lot of room in the margins.

  16. Mac Version Crash

    It usually crashes when I use it. It just doesn't work for creating new notes, it is good for only viewing. However, need to improve the customer experience like an increasable font for larger scale monitors or just 16 inches MBP. BTW the CPU and Memory usage when I use the laptop version is crazily high, hope u guys may improved it! Many Thanks!

  17. Audio Recording sync with handwriting and typing notes plz! Still need to subscribe to notability for that feature!

  18. Add "Add Page to Outline" to Long Press

    On long press on a page, it currently gives 3 options: Zoom, Add Link, and Add Comment. It would be so nice to have "Add Page to Outline" added to the list. It will save so many taps to the 3 dots.

    THE NEWEST TYEPE COMMENT is so hard to use! It cannot see whole things, is stable over there, and cannot scroll down, or close it. This is type 6.3.38, I like 6.3.36 please let this type back!!

    I hope the comment can be scrolled down smoothly and can add notes on it.

  20. BUG: tool switch by measure with an external laser measuring device

    Hello,
    Sorry for using the feature request to report a BUG. Unfortunately I have not found an option for a BUG report.

    I use Goodnotes for measurements on site. Goodnotes runs on the iPad with the latest padOS. I use a Leica Disto X4 for the measurements. The Disto is connected to the iPad via Bluetooth.

    BUG:
    I have activated the pen (or another tool) and measure with the Disto.
    Every time after the measurement Goodnotes changes the tool to "Newest" (the tool with the star icon).
    and you have to switch back to the previous tool every time after…
