Grab tool - page navigation
Goodnotes has been a great tool to help me mark up and organize pdfs and other files for school, The only thing that I have noticed it missing is a simple grab tool. As in when you're zoomed in on a pdf file, a tool that would allow me to click and drag to change position within the page.
Similar to the Adobe suite, when you hold space you can click and drag to a different position within the page. Adding this would make make it perfect!

I would like to see a feature that allows me to select some or all button to make certain actions with my notebooks or folders. I have the android/web version of goodnotes and I have to click every single document to export, move, or trash.

Default font resets after Enter or dictation in GoodNotes 6
In GoodNotes 6, whenever I use the text tool with my chosen default font, the app resets back to the system default after pressing Enter. This makes it impossible to work efficiently, especially when using dictation.
I have already set my default font both in Settings and in the text box style, but GoodNotes keeps ignoring it. I want to use dictation to quickly capture notes directly on the page, but I can’t because the font I applied as “default” doesn’t stick at all.
This bug kills productivity and ruins the typing experience. Please fix it immediately, or give us…

Better detect pen lifted from page
Goodnotes is too sensitive to very low pressure pen strokes. I find that if I write naturally it adds an ugly flick to the end of my pen strokes as I’m lifting the pen from the page. I would like to configure how much pressure is required to count as drawing, or alternatively Goodnotes could detect and discard low pressure movements at the end of a stroke, after the stylus comes to a halt or changes direction.

Estaría genial poder disponer en el histórico de temorizadores con los nombres creados en lugar de temporal 1, temporal 2,...
Es decir, si se ha creado un modo de temporizador llamado "diseño", el histórico de temporizadores debería mostrar el mismo nombre "diseño" cada vez que se haya utilizado con tiempos totales por modo de temporizador y no ser genérico. Aportaría información del tiempo invertido a cada tarea con estos temporizadores.

It auto enumerates “3.” to “1.”
Making it like this:- Smth

.
For you to get rid of this you have to copy a space and paste it after the “3.” which is a waste of timeWe need an option to disable auto enumerated lists.
This also happens if you copy paste a list too, which makes it worse

Highlighted Pointer While Writing in Pen Mode
I would like to suggest a feature that would improve visibility and clarity during writing sessions, especially when using screen-sharing or presenting.
While in Pen Mode, it would be extremely helpful to have an optional highlighted circle or pointer around the pen tip as I write. This would act like a visual guide, making it easier for others to follow the writing in real time, and for the writer to keep track of the precise pen location, especially on larger screens or when using a stylus.

ghost text - duplicated rendering - UI not refreshing
When I press Enter, the text appears duplicated — it remains in the original position and also shows in the new line. The screen doesn’t refresh automatically, and the duplicate only disappears once I click outside the text box (see example in the image below).
This is not a suggestion but a recurring error I often experience. I couldn’t find a dedicated place to report bugs, so I’m sharing it here in case it can be fixed.

can you make it 4 dots have have the text fit to the size of the box much like canva. it's so exhausting having to adjjust the size the the scroll tool everytime-- especially if you type notes

Customizable Habit Tracker Templates
Ideally, GoodNotes could include pre-made, fully customizable habit tracker templates. Users could drag and drop daily, weekly, or monthly grids into their notebooks, choose colors, add icons, and link them to notes or calendar pages. This would make tracking habits, goals, or routines much easier without having to design the layout manually every time.

Bring back Community Notes!
Please bring back Community Notes!! It was one of the most meaningful parts of using Goodnotes. I relied on it every day while learning Korean and Mandarin. Seeing how other learners structured their notes, practiced grammar, and organized vocabulary didn’t just help me study. It gave me motivation, community, and the feeling that I wasn’t learning alone.
Community Notes turned Goodnotes from just an app into a shared classroom across the world. Without it, something feels missing. Bringing it back would mean restoring that bridge of inspiration and connection that so many of us truly valued.

More Fonts for Typing Mode
It would be nice if we were able to use more than 1 default font in typing mode. The feature is useful and could be upgraded to be like the text box feature to include numerous fonts to choose from and to be able to use custom fonts like other popular note-taking apps such as Notability and Freenotes.

Stop automatic scrolling during live translation
Sometimes I'll go back during a live translation to copy down what someone said. However, when I scroll up to look at the translation, it forces me back down to the newest translation making it impossible to look at the past text while it's translating live. I would love for it to not force me to scroll and instead just have a button to take me back down to the newest text once im done.

[Tape] More Tape Style Options
As the title suggests, I need more tape styles or more customizable tape styles. The current tape styles are too monochromatic and not very attractive. They are not smart or colorful enough, and they are not personalized or free. I hope that more support can be provided for this function as soon as possible, rather than getting stuck in AI text recognition and neglecting the construction of basic functions. Other note-taking software has had this feature for a while, as shown in the figure below.
