2. Heating issue due to internet based app

   I m using s10 + when i use goodnotes first of all it is very laggy and then it makes my tab temp to 60°C i even thoung that it might brust. I quickly turned off internet and cleared goodnotes then finally it colled down . Worst exp for me on this expensive tab with cooling chembers on it also.

4. IPencil compatibility for the Web version on iPads

   I exclusively use the web version on both Windows and iOS devices.
   However, the iPencil does not work while using my iPad while using the Web version.

   It would be extremely helpful to be able to use the iPencil in the Web version on an iPad

6. Template is not available offline error

   Hi everybodies like everyone who suffer from android and web/windows version against IOS i have another Problem while "want To start and creat notebooks
   when online fully even i can watch 4k video on youtube, it shows me Error "Template is not available offline
   Choose another or go online to use ityoutube, it shows me Error "I tried even with multiple VPN connections, but unfortunatly errors are there like allways

8. All platforms access

   I bought the Goodnotes 6 lifetime version, I would like to use my windows for typing long things but I'd have to delete my original account and then transfer everything over. That's not worth the small amount of tasks the web version allows you to do. I have no problem paying the extra $10/ year to add all platforms.

9. Automatic import of pdf documents

   I wish Goodnotes allowed automatic document importing. At the moment, my PDF files don’t appear in the list of files available for import. I have to use WPS Office to convert them into a format that Goodnotes can accept.

10. Web version feels too limited compared to mobile

    I’ve been trying out the web version of Goodnotes for a while, and while I appreciate having access from any device, I feel that it’s still quite limited compared to the iOS/Android apps. For example, chiikawa puzzle features like handwriting search, pressure-sensitive pen input, and easier notebook management are missing.

    I think having at least basic support for these functions on the web would make Goodnotes much more practical for people who use different platforms daily. Right now, the web version feels more like a viewer than a real workspace.

    Just wanted to share my thoughts — I really enjoy Goodnotes overall and hope the cross-platform experience will become more consistent over time.

11. [View only] app for andriods and to access your notes

    This can include a pdf format of all your files in one app, and can export or import or reorganize your documents from here. This would be in substitution to the traditional back up to google drive or Icloud, which takes quiet some time to update and back up documents.

14. Features (Android and other)

    A lot of people talked about changing font, so I won't discuss it besides saying I personally hate the current font because I think it's kinda ugly, and that there should be a default font setting.

    These features should be for ALL users to access for free.

    1. Ability to deselect pens and things so you can swipe through pages easier.

    2. Custom handwriting font tool: being able to set up a personal alphabet font to freely use.

    3. Free shopping options in market.

    4. Save/import from Google Drive/selected apps & Websites.

    5. Increase free editable notebook limit: Only 3? C'mon, be real. Some don't have cash to spare for apps like these.

    This might be a lot to ask for, but this is the stuff that I think should be added or at least considered.

    Hello GoodNotes Team,

    I really enjoy using GoodNotes on Android, but I miss one important feature that is available on Apple devices. On iPad, when you select the text tool (T) and write with the Apple Pencil, the handwriting is instantly turned into typed text in a chosen beautiful font — without using the keyboard.

    I would love to have the same feature on Android with the S Pen:

    Ability to write directly with the stylus in text mode, without opening the keyboard

    Instant conversion of handwriting to typed text while writing

    Option to choose from beautiful fonts or add custom fonts

    This would make writing on Android tablets much more enjoyable and similar to the Apple version.

    On Windows/Android at this moment you can export your document only as "PDF".
    Please extend the export function with the file types ".goodnotes" and ".png" like on IOS.

19. Request for Timer Feature for Laser Pen in Goodnotes

    I have a feature suggestion that I believe would be really helpful for users like myself. It would be great if you could add a timer option for the laser pen tool that allows us to adjust the disappearance time of markings. Currently, once the laser pen is used, the marks disappear too quickly, and it would be beneficial to have more control over how long the marks stay visible.

    Having the ability to set a specific timer for how long the markings stay on the screen would help users better plan and communicate, especially during presentations or while explaining concepts on the notes.

    I think this feature would enhance the experience for many Goodnotes users, and I would love to see it implemented!
