1. Scoring using tape feature

   Being able to mark and keep score of items you have taped whether you remembered it correctly or forgot it. Its like keeping track of items in your notes that you remember accurately and also seeing parts where you forgot. Its like a feature for active recalling that you can directly do on your notes with the tape without having to retype it in a flashcard.

   Please support Samsung phone with spen.

   Want to buy s24 ultra,
   But goodnotes for Android only support pen of Samsung tablet.

5. Can't select text on pdf in Windows Goodnotes version

   I can't select text on pdf uploaded on goodnotes and idk why, I purchased an annual plan for windows even having the permanent purchase from iOS account. I quite angry tbh.

6. One-Time Payment

7. make it a real app and not an app generated form the web version with edge (3 dots -> apps -> install this site as an app)

   Obviously, as soon as the internet goes down, the app starts to lag, moreover it cannot be used offline, the input lag is very high, the text disappears randomly and then reappears, it freezes after two minutes that I have opened the app and then starts going again 30 seconds later, and I'm paying for it too...
   do something and make it a real desktop app

10. (Comment function) Activate the on/off function, eraser size adjustment, and shape re-edit function in the settings.

    I am a user who switched from iPad Pro to Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and is using Good Notes.
    As a user who solves problem sets with Good Notes, there are three things that are quite inconvenient.
    First, the add comment button is too active and inconvenient to use.
    While writing with the S Pen, the comment button is activated and writing continues to stop.
    I wish the function to turn on and off the comment button in the settings window was activated.
    Second, the size of the eraser is not adjustable. There are only 3 sizes, but I wish I could adjust the size of the eraser because it is inconvenient to erase everything I don't want to erase.
    Third, after creating a shape (circle, triangle, square, star), you can scroll to the end of the shape and edit it again on iPad, but editing is not possible on the Android version.
    Good Notes is also available on the Galaxy Tab, and since I paid a lot for the device, I think Android Good Notes needs improvement.
    I think the slowdown will gradually improve, but there were too many inconveniences while using it.

12. Add fill to pen shapes

    Suggest adding a fill option to pen created shapes that are closed, but not straight lines. Even nicer if the fill had hatch patterns.

14. be able to copy from one notebook to another

    I am able to lasso writing and copy paste in one notebook but it gets rid of the clipboard as soon as I leave the notebook so I can't paste the lasso section in another notebook and have to rewrite it. It would be nice to have the clipboard remember across books

15. PDF outline

    The iOS version allows you to jump to any page from the outline, but the windows version requires scrolling or specifying the number of pages from the preview screen. It would be more convenient if it is possible to jump to any page from the outline.

19. Basic Features For the App

    Goodnotes Beta has made great progress in providing features and a great handwriting experience in the Android Beta. I have received an email indicated that the Beta is finished.

    Sadly there are two basic features that are required for any note taking app to be useful to notetakers.

    1. You must be able to take notes when you are not connected to the internet. As a student or a professional, you need to take notes anywhere, any time. You can't restrict yourself to note taking when an internet connection is available.

    2. Taking notes (typed or handwritten) is useless if you can't find the information you have noted quickly when you need it. You don't have the luxury of reading through all your notes to find a piece of information, you must have some way to search for it.

    Both of these are lacking in the current Android Beta. If Goodnotes expects people to use and pay for this app to take and keep their notes they will have to provide these two basic features.

    A lot of the suggestions in this forum like stickers and rulers and other ways to make your notes fancier are nice but these two basic features are non-negotiable if this is going to be a serious note taking app moving forward.

20. take a photo

    sometimes as a student you need to take a picture of the board, and it takes time to open the camera and then go back to GoodNotes to insert that photo. it should exist a tool than can help with that part.
