Thank you for your feedback! Currently you can add comments to your own notebooks as well as notebooks shared by others by right clicking or long pressing on the active page.

Or at least just showing the tool bar without the exit/minimize/zoom info on top. I don't think there's actually a full screen mode in the windows version yet. I think recently there is a full screen mode on the ipad where you can hide the ipad clock and stuff on top of the tool bar. I think the toolbar is kind of necessary but it could be a full screen page view.
