Goodnotes Cloud Service Expansion
Is it possible to expand the Goodnotes cloud service to all users?
I read the page ( Goodnotes Cloud on IOS Pilot Program).On this page, the Cloud is only eligible for Yearly plan members...That is pretty sad 😢 What I am concerned about is I already paid for other cloud services. For iCloud,I won't pay a subscription.Meanwhile, I saw there may be invitations to upgrade iCloud to goodnotes cloud...hope that I am not misunderstanding, cause two statements are a bit contradict.
If this advice will be accepted in the future, It is convenience. Thank you.

scribble to text should match IOS settings
i use text boxes for my planner, because i don’t particularly like my handwriting. i use the scribble function with my apple pencil, but when it converts my writing to text, it automatically capitalizes the first letter. i have this feature turned off in my settings, and i wish it transferred over into the app. i just feel like it looks more natural that way!

LOOP/REPEAT for audio recording
What I take notes for I would like to listen to the recording multiple times to learn. To have a loop feature would be great to be able to loop the whole recording to play over and over, or ideally to choose to loop the whole recording or each piece individually for notes with multiple recordings.

Customise grid sizes
I would love to have the ability to change the spacing of the grids for the 'Square Paper' template and also set a default grid spacing size for all the different paper options for both portrait and landscape just like Notability does. So it doesn't matter which paper size you choose to have if it is either A3, A4 or A5 etc, the gird spacing size will stay the same.

Customize Settings
Under the settings tab, add the ability to customize your initial screen.
Examples:
Open to a specific document upon start of app. That way if it a diary, journal, calendar, ect. It's ready to use right away.
Allow different ways to view documents in the start-up tab. List of projects, small projects icons, large icons, view side by side, ect.
Ability to lock documents and unlock with password, passcode, fingerprint, ect.1 vote -

I think an if there is an option where we can record and it automatically changes it to live transcript (like plaud app) would save us students a lot of time from making notes. And also if it had an option to make charts would be amazing!

Justify Paragraph in Text Styling Boxes.
I have OCD, so the only thing I ask for is the possibility to justify the paragraph when we use the text styling boxes. Goodnotes gives us 3 posibilities, to align the paragraph to the left, to align the paragraph to the right, and to indent the paragraph, so WHY NOT TO JUSTIFY IT?? So simple, people! Goodness I’m about to cry.

Adjusting the size of imported templates
Imported templates often have the problem that they are much smaller than the given document which makes it weird looking and also very unpractical to write as you have to adjust the size of the window continuously. GoodNotes’ own templates do have the option (or an automatic system) to adjust the size but with own templates this unfortunately does not work yet.
I would appreciate if it would be possible to add the option to adjust the size of an imported template :))1 vote -
Minimizing sticky notes
In my online textbook we have sticky notes that when you press on it, it expends to reveal the sticky note you wrote and when you press it again it minimizes to a bubble to save space on the page. I would love to have this feature!!!

Extend a document margin to the left/right for additional note takking

Continue recording in background
Currently, if you’re recording in one window and want to open another document, you can’t without stopping the recording or without having the windows open before you start recording.
Options for this:
1. Add a quick note switcher or something like that so that you can easily open another document as a new tab.
2. Allow the ability to open a new window of the app. Currently if you try to open a new window, it’ll automatically switch to the note that is actively recording.Use case: recording a lecture in your lecture notes and opening a textbook or another…

Remove home button or add back to folder button
Once I’m in a notebook and I want to return to the previous folder almost 99% the home button brings me to the home page and I have to go through all the folders again in order to get where I need to be.

Allow me to select which notebooks are synced to which device
Allow me to select which notebooks are synced to which device. I use GoodNotes on multiple devices with different storage capacities. Right now I have to download all notebooks to every device. I would prefer to be able to only have certain notebooks on smaller-capacity devices.

Improved Highlight Visibility in Search Feature
When using the search (find) feature, the highlighted text appears in a soft yellow color, making it hard to spot, especially if I’ve already highlighted other text.
Please allow users to choose the highlight color in the search feature. The current dull yellow is difficult to see, and I’d prefer bold colors for better and faster visibility.”
