Ability to set default font per notebook
My most used goodnotes notebooks are drastically different page sizes. I often have to switch the font continuously or duplicate an existing text box in the destination notebook in order to have the proper sized font.

Links to bookmarks
Add the ability to create internal links to a specified bookmark rather than just a page number. So that if I add pages in the middle, all my bookmarks don't break.
Right now if I add pages in the middle all my links change to "deleted page" and I have to rebuild them on every single page.

Sometimes memory can be lost due to unforeseen circumstances
Let a person who added a lock to a file or notebook at least be able to delete it since only one password is used for everything you lock. Especially if they’re trying to have a medical folder due to their HIPPA rights. I mean seriously I can’t even lock my medical information folder now.

Customizable Long Press Tool Switch
Assign tools to long press — e.g. long press to switch to eraser, release to go back to the previous tool. It’s faster and more reliable than double tap or the current long press toolbar (which isn’t that useful most of the time).
A lot of students at my uni prefer Notability just for this feature — especially since scribble-to-erase isn't always accurate. also the scribble to erase is sometimes not precise enough or just does'nt work 100% of times so long press really is a deal breaker.

While scribble to erase works with pen, it is not working with pencil. That option should be added.

Permanent Side Notes
I would love it if we would be able to have notes on the side of our pages for easier annotating. Whenever I upload a PDF of some sort, I find it difficult to keep all my annotations spaced out on the page, especially with uploaded textbook pages where there is a lot of text and very small margins. Being able to add images and diagrams to the side for note taking would also be great, as sometimes I want to see it as a reference but don't actually want it on my page. The sticky note feature doesn't suit…

Cross-Compatability Andriod/IOS/Windows
Please add this! I love good notes so much but I use an iPad and Samsung phone. I really want to be a digital planner girlie but I don't want to bring my bulky iPad everywhere! I'm so jealous of the iPhone users!

Limit about of flash cards when using Smart Study (study sets)
I have huge study sets (hundreds of flashcards). I would love to be able to set a limit for daily flashcards (e.g. 50 / day, similar to Anki), since I find it very demotivating to see a number like 150 flashcards due, especially, after I created new ones.

LOWER price for goodnotes 6 for non-included-languages.
The new Woodnotes 6 is packed with great functionality. For some people.
as a user who primarily (99%) writes in my native Swedish language, the experience has actually gotten worse (GN6 interpret my Swedish as wrongfully written English and tries to change it).
Why do I have to pay extra for a worse product?

Exporting as PDF
Do you know what the most frustrating thing about Goodnotes is? EXPORT TO PDF!!
When you export to PDF the filename is hidden behind the IPad keyboard!!!

Forgot Password Options
I am silly and forgot my password, I can still access what I have locked using Touch ID but would really appreciate the ability to reset a forgotten password so I can continue using the feature for other notebooks!

Linkable sections and content that can be added to outline
Right now it is only possible to add an entire page to the Custom Outline or create a link to an entire page.
It would critically enhance productivity if users were able to select some parts of the notebook and add it as a section in the outline, or create a link to a specific section or line of text.
It should be possible to for instance mark some content such as handwritten text, an image, an Element, a Textbox etc. and either add it to the outline with a customized name, or create a link to some content.

Pencil options
Please add scribble to erase and lasso to move as options to the pencil. For some reason the pencil seems to write more clearly than the fountain pen even with stroke stabilization, it’s just missing the scribble and lasso. Thanks.

Being able to switch answer and question in studyset to improve studying
Sometimes you need to know the answer and the Question or the technical Term. It would be helpful being able switching it instead of having to make an extra studyset. You could always switch it back.

Ability to attach timer to a specific item)s) on a pqge
I use Goodnotes to create, track and make notes for my guitar practice sessions.
One of the learning methods proven effective for adult learning is “interleaving”: choosing 2 or more practice objectives and spending a short defined time alternating and/or rotating through each item in a defined time period (eg. 5 minutes per item).
