Laser Pointer in Voice recordings
I suggest for the laser pointer to show up in the notes when you do a voice recording. Not saying for it to stay on the page but would be nice to make notes such as circling something while a professor goes over it without the circle being permanent. Hence the laser pointer function.

Improvement of learning sets
I use the learning sets regularly and it's super quick. However, I noticed a few points that make it a bit complicated to use.
I would therefore like to give you some suggestions for improvement:
1. Mark cards: A function to mark certain cards that would be very helpful to find them more quickly (like with QuickNotes)
2. Search function within the flashcards: It would be really nice if you could search for specific words within the learning sets, like with the documents. With learning sets with over 100 cards and the small preview, it is almost impossible to quickly…3 votes -
Improve audio recording navigation
I love the new feature that highlights notes along with an audio recording, but I think it would be even more useful if it worked the opposite way as well. I mean if there was a way you could select your notes and have the audio jump to the section of the audio clip that corresponds to those notes. If this is not possible, maybe adding something that serves as a marker so that you can tell which audio clips correspond to which pages in your notebook.

The Obtrusive Recording Indicator in GoodNotes is Pushing Me Away
I’ve been a dedicated GoodNotes user since early 2021, having chosen it over Notability after extensive research. It was a near-perfect note-taking app for me, and the one-time purchase model made it even more appealing. Over the years, I’ve adjusted to its shortcomings because, overall, the experience was solid.

Windows Typing
Could we have the same typing feature on windows that we have on Mac/iPad?
Currently when I type in a notebook I have to use a text box and text does not snap to the lines on my page (on windows) like it does on Mac or iPad.This would truly revolutionise Goodnotes for a lot of windows users.

Disable Math Assist AI feature separatly by AppConfig
It would be great do get an option to disable the Math Assist AI feature separatly by AppConfig from within an MDM.
The Goodnotes App is used more often in schools, so the admin need the choice to enable or disable this powerful AI tool.3 votes -
Show the file path of a folder so users can drag and drop files
When inside a folder somewhere on the screen can you show the file path similiar to windows file explorer so we can simply drag a file to any part of the path rather than clicking the drop down options and then clicking move. Also, the move menu that shows all your files appears on the side when you open a file so you can directly drag and drop would also be great.

Allow text and highlighting/bolding on flashcards
the flashcard function could use improvement. I am unable to bold or even underline my text on the flashcard. I can't even use my pencil to highlight/add notes. There is no way to go from card to card editing without going to the outline each time. The main concern is not being able to bold text in the card since it now all blends in and is not as helpful

Double-Tap to Switch Line Styles
It would be great to have a feature where double-tapping on the pen thickness icon lets users seamlessly toggle between line styles, such as solid, dashed and dotted. Instead of having to open the context menu.

Make the function of short-answer question
I suggest the function of short-answer questions. Currently, I know that there is the function "study set", but we can pass a question despite we didn't memorize it accurately. So, it can be prohibited by make the type of question of "short-answer question".
More specific form is as below.
Form of the document is same with the study set. However, the method which it tests us will become "short-answer questions". Only if we write the accurate answer, we can pass to the next question. If we don't know about the answer, click the 'answer' button, then we can see the…3 votes -
Ruler doesn’t align perfectly with the sheets
I’ve noticed that the lengths on the ruler do not align perfectly with the boxes on the checkered sheets. Fixing this alignment issue would greatly improve accuracy and usability.

Scale from Corner
Be able to scale a picture from corner, rather than centre. So, top left corner stays put, and dragging the bottom right corner of a picture scales the picture proportionately (and the top left corner stays fixed)

Be able to scale a picture by dragging from the corner rather than center-scaling. So, Top Left corner stays fixed, dragging the bottom right corner enlarges the picture proportionately. Perhaps by pressing the Option button while dragging the corner?

EPUB support
As a student, I often have my uni books in epub format and it would be great to have the possibility to modify/annotate them as we alreadu can with pdf. I know you can convert EPUb to PDF easily, but it doesnt always come out right, so EPUB support would be easier and more comfortable

Get the bugs fixed. There is a bug that duplicates text or pictures if you move it.
You can not delete the duplication until restart of the app. Then the old picture/text etc. disappears and only appears at the intended place. It‘s really annoying. Also if you zoom in to write sometimes parts of the strokes or dots disappear. You have to either overwrite it to fix it or erase/undo and write again.

「Save current text style from the toolbar as default」only available on text box. Please make it available on full page typing mode too~
