1. Wide /panorama mode in "Take photo" mode

   I'm using Iphone -8 and ipad ,not have wide camera (zoom 0.5X) like Iphone 12.
   Please add more feature in "take photo" mode for keep wide area image.

2. Clean Page Transition WITHOUT any effect + a REAL presentation mode.

   Paging Transition WITHOUT any effect (like one can with PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat).
   I use GoodNotes in virtual meetings as well in presence ones. The page transition animation are ‘nice at first’ but always distracting, specially in cases of two or more pages that are identical except a few visual clues (like an added box to call attention to a detail)… in those cases a clean, seemless transition, is a MUST.
   I saw many other suggestions of the kind here, all SHUTDOWN by some ‘moderator’ as being a non issue that you can set the presentation mode to always full page (I have tried, to no avail, all three options (annexed pic), none worked as expected, specially in a remote environment, for instance when one is using Microsoft Teams for the meeting and sharing the screen… the others will see what YOU see).

   !! At the end, what is really needed is a REAL PRESENTATION MODE (like one has in PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and so many others) in which the interface vanishes and one can seemless go forwards/backwards without any distraction of any kind so that it can be used in a presence presentation as well in a remote environment (sharing the full screen).

4. Zoom box

   The little blue box that shows up in the zoom box for you to continue writing can be great and also annoying.

   It could definitely be more cursive friendly, maybe drop over to the next space once you start writing and not when you finish?

   Or make it so we can make it bigger when the next word is more the three letter?

5. Community sticker packs

   Being able to share and download actual sticker packs or “elements” on the community section. Right now all the stickers are just a note with the stickers on it and you have to screenshot and crop all the “freebie” stickers.

7. Automatic PDF sync with Dropbox, iCloud, ... Without the need to export the files

   Workflow now as a Student:
   1. Getting a bunch of pdf from the lecturer
   2. Using a Cloud service (my case dropbox), I organize the whole semester with the files I need
   3. When needed importing a pdf to goodnotes, modifying it, and eventually exporting it, but not handy since the files get updated continuously from time to time.

   The Problem: The files are in two different locations, to access the updated file you have to open GoodNotes, or navigate OUTSIDE of your working directory.

   Workflow desired as a Student:
   1. Getting a bunch of pdf from the lecturer
   2. Using a Cloud service (my case dropbox), I organize the whole semester with the files I need
   3. NEEDED: Ability to access the PDFs on Dropbox directly from GoodNotes
   4. NEEDED: Syncing/Updating the modified PDF directly to Dropbox

   In the GoodNotes backups, a PDF file is already updating realtime implementing it with Dropbox shouldn't be doable

   Thank you!

8. Shortcut tool for following links/writing

   When using a digital planner one is often switching between writing and navigating. Each switch requires one tap the button in the upper left.
   I am right handed, it would be nice if there was an area on the screen that I could hold with my left hand that would activate the link following options so I could navigate the planner and then when I lift my finger I can write again. For a lefty this would/could be on the right side of the screen.

   For example, it is the weekend, I am reviewing previous week(s) and planning the upcoming week(s). I am using DashPlanner, perfect for me, and that means I could be looking at 8-10 different pages, following a link to each of those. As I review a past week and a thought comes to me that I need to record, rather than reaching for the top menu I hold an area on the edge of the lower left of my iPad. it gives me access to links, I navigate to the page I need, lift my thumb and I can write again. Hold that area again, navigate back to the previous page.

   I realize it isn't much to tap the link/writing button on the upper right, but it would be a little faster and more convenient.

9. Option to disable press and hold to follow hyperlink in editing mode

   I am using a planner that has the entire square of a day in a calendar hyperlinked… so if I’m trying to tap and hold to edit a sticker, etc. it only lets me open the link. I’d like the option to disable that feature…or at least append the image edit, crop, etc menu to the “open link” menu that is displayed….
   This is also an issue for tapping and holding to paste… Thank you!

10. Ability to find highlighted and hand notes in one place for documents

    There are many requests posted for this feature but listed under different threads.
    For students and professionals researching and taking notes this is very helpful when compiling or reviewing notes afterwards. Not having this feature defeats the purpose of highlighting and taking notes. Unless GoodNotes wants to just target small documents and sticky notes.

11. Permanent Selective Tool

    "A selection tool that makes everything inside the selected section permanent, which cannot be erased by an eraser or moved by an lasso pen".

    Add a warning as well to notify the user once made permanent cannot be reverted back. Let it be redone by undo incase of any mistake or whatever suits your logic.

    So the notes we take can be set permanent and if we want to scribble on top of it we can do so!!!

13. shapes selection

    When you draw some shapes on top of each other and you would like to align the shapes perfectly, you can't select the shape you draw afterwards. May you can do it better. E.g. you can select all shapes near the area you have tapped with your finger.

14. Thicker textmarker

    Allow a thicker textmarker. The 7.7 mm aren't enough for some slides.
    I also use sometimes the textmarker for highlighting something by holding the marker for a perfekt rectangular - and therefore it also should be possible to make a thicker line.

    Group and ungroup favorite pages in one same document. For example, when you do literature reviews in academic work is always useful to group information related to one concept or research question. It would also be useful to see group favorite pages from different documents that have been label with the same name

17. Remove transitions when skipping slide with keyboard and make page count more visible

    I set my scrolling direction to "horizontal" and I often flip through many lecture slides for review. I would prefer the transition animations to be disabled when I use a physical keyboard to navigate (with arrow keys). The transitions makes it more tedious to skim through the PDF. It would also be great to have a page count more visible on the main screen (rather than hidden inside a menu).

20. Page Template When Importing PDF

    GoodNotes seems to change the page template into the last page of a PDF when I import it to a document.
    I would like GoodNotes to ask me if it changes the template every time I import a PDF.
