Cloud
Please allow to offload folders oder large documents from the ipad and just let them be saved in the icloud. So you can save more storage on the device an still have access to the documents that you dont youse a lot (e.g. Textbooks or old Powerpoint slides).
Just like Apple does it with their icloud documents on a mac.

Automatically Create Outlines based on Highlights/Annotations
It would be a huge time saver if somehow the app would automatically index any sort of annotation to either the front of the doc to summarize certain chapters or documents. This could effectively summarize the ideas and create an outline of the doc so that one would not have to go back to find different highlights etc.

Flash card writing space
Gives us some space to write down our answer when using flash card. I think the ability to write the idea down instead of just thinking about the question helps memorizing a lot. We can also compare it to the answer afterward.

Zoom out/ in on a specific area instead of the whole page
If you've ever used procreate, you know what I'm referring to.
The zoom out / zoom in is an annoying aspect (I'm an avid Goodnotes user so I mean this without malicious intent) when trying to focus on a specific area of the page to write notes on. Let's say for example I am focusing on a diagram I'm drawing and want to zoom out on that specific area to only see my diagram and focus on that area, it's not possible; when zooming out, the whole page is zoomed out. Tag files by color
It would be super helpful to be able to tag files/folders by color. Sometimes I have a bunch of folders (or files) but I mainly use a few of them. It would be helpful to be able to add highlights/colors to these to find them easier. Similar to in Finder in macs (see screenshot)

MacOS Share Menu Extension. IOS Share Actions Direct to Goodnotes.
IOS Sharing direct to Goodnotes irregardless of what the source application is. Currently Evernote and OneNote appear to be able to receive just about any share from any application on MacOs and IOS. Screenshot attached of a sample of what they are able to do. I also have a screen shot of how I can send an application to either Evernote or OneNote. Don't want to have to scroll all the way to a font I used somewhere else. A "recently used" section would be very helpful.

Notes on pdf
When we watch pdf, especially textbook or something we need to write many notes on GoodNotes, it doesn’t have enough spaces to make notes on that. So Hopefully we could use something like real ‘sticky notes’ which allow us to ‘stick’ our notes on pdf. When we click it, it maximum and shows like a real sticky notes, click again to minimize it to save space.

Change Templates of Multiple Pages at Once
I write with lined paper, but would like to remove the lines afterwards. It's just not feasible to do this at present, having to change the template of every page one by one.

Saving Custom Font Colors
I would love to see the ability to save custom colors for fonts. I love the fact I can personalize the colors for pens but my handwriting is messy and I like to type certain things when making note pages.

Background color for text box - like post-it note
Ability to add a background color to a text box, so that it looks like a post-it note. Then, I could easily sort my ideas by color and get a high level snapshot. Thanks!

Persistent scrollable thumbnail previews
Add the option to persist a sidebar with thumbnail previews of the entire document for quicker skimming and bookmarking. Similar to what Preview on Mac has, as well as Notability 5 for iPad. This makes it easier to quickly go through a document to find a specific page, and bookmark specific pages. The current process for finding a specific page opens up an overlay that covers the entire screen and removes me from my current context, which is really cumbersome.

full undo function
I though of adding a cover to my pdf but it replace this page of pdf with cover instead. I lost it permenantly. The undo buttom can't do anything.
Please add an universeral undo ability to undo ANY change to the document.
