Add link functionality
Add the option to hyperlink from the cut tool options. Basically anything I circle I can assign a link to take me to the associated content.
Thank you so much for sharing your suggestion! We’re happy to let you know that the option to add links to internal files or external websites is already available.
For more details, please check out this article.
Feel free to share your feedback and let us know how the feature works for you!

For anyone who mainly uses handwriting but wants to link notes or websites etc the ability to select any handwriting (indeed, any object) would be immensely useful. At present, if I needed to hyperlink something I can only do that with text, which looks messy within a handwritten page.

This is whats really needed guys! The possibility to add a link to an object (for now a text-field would be enough, but images etc. would be even even better) wich leads you to Dokuments on your device (PDF-/ Keynote- etc.-files).
Goodnotes would be even more useful with this critical function.

such functionality exists in some apps such as LiquidText. it’d be very usefull. when I make screenshot it could be automatically linked (assigned with link) if I add it to other pages or document in GoodNotes

Yep...really need the hyperlink functionality...and to preserve the link in exported PDF.
I've been using GoodNotes for years, and it's the core of my paperless workflow, and love how intuitive it is.

this is extremely important since any doc now is related to others in some way.
