Optimize PDF Size to Export
Optimize PDF Export Size, notes with three photos have more than 10 MB in one page! Now we use other Apps to optimize the exported PDF, it would be great to control this in Goodnotes

If you use Goodnotes in a workflow it would be very useful to have options to reduce pdf size.

This for me is the only real downside with this App for what I use it for which is mainly site work including surveys, notes on pictures then exporting either via email or cloud - the files soon become massive.

I import images into a notebook, but it seems to keep the original size. Can you provide a way to compress the image size and drop image crop areas? Love the app.

Same situation here. I use it to teach my classes and do annotation on the slides. The original PDF might be small, but the annotated one becomes a large file. Please allow to manage PDF quality when exporting back to the cloud. The PDF size issue also becomes a problem when showing on a projector, because large files means long latency when changing slides (and going back and foth).

It would also help to create a version of an exportfile that will be readable in for example word

Would like the compress option. Exported PDFs are way to large.

I have the same problem. I just started with a 2mb PDF, added a couple of signatures, and the exported file was 24mb.

I read and annotate a lot of PDFs. Some of these PDFs although very compressed and have relatively small size (~30MB). Have lots of pages (200 plus). When I attempt to export back to PDFs, for review on my computer, the file becomes too big (>200MB) to transfer to my computer.
Please incorporate a PDF like editing engine ( e.g.Adobe, Goodreader, etc) to control the size of exported PDFs with large number of pages)

You can already do that - if you tap& hold in the loop (lasso?) & select copy, then move to another page, you can paste the selection by tap& holding where you want to put it, then select paste. You can then move it around as long as you don't tap another spot, cancelling the loop. Or have I missed the point?
