If this existed in previous versions why on earth was the feature discontinued???

We can resize, crop and rotate a photo when importing.
Would be great to:
1) add few basic features like : brightness, contrast, sharpness
2) when photo is pasted it is impossible to clear/erase all or part of it. Would be great to enable such function.

there are apps out there with rulers, none of them come close to the features. Goodnotes. I use goodnotes for all of my class notes an often need to grapn equations, points. I've gotten pretty good at using the object button and eyeing the line between two points (pretty good means several attempts until the line is close enough).

Add the option to import * .doc files and not have to convert them to PDF.
add the option to write normally unused text boxes. No limit the use of text boxes that can not be rotated.

It should be great to rotate and resize the text box

The first Goodnotes used to be able to rotate and resize lasso selection using two fingers. It was the best. Should put that back in!

And Pinch to zoom would be good as well

Lock the paper orientation so you can rotate the iPad as you want and type text in any orientation like using a real paper.

Agree fully with this suggestion but as some others have commented the feature would ideally work for both text and hand drawn elements. Anything that lies within the selection marquee ideally.

I agree with being able to rotate a drawn shape.

being able to change the size (especially for making a hand-written note bigger if there's space) would be a big plus. UPAD does support it.

I'd really appreciate a form filling feature. I love that you can annotate, insert images, and everything, but a form filling option would be perfect!
