It would be great if you guys had a tape feature that could cover up important information so people would be able to quiz themselves or review the content.

it allows you to cover study content (e.g. terms, definitions) with Tape and quiz yourself and tap to reveal the hidden areas, and check to see if you had the right answer. other apps has this tool and goodnotes still don't have it please add it.

Yes 👍 Please PLEASE add this tool. I found many other users who were equally disappointed to find this missing in the latest Goodnotes 6 update. Tape is INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT for students who make up a huge group of GoodNotes users. It feels silly importing notes created entirely in GoodNotes to Notability each time I want to study just because of the missing tape feature. Please consider. Thanks

This is horribly important, especially for students like most GoodNotes users who need to do revision. Having this feature would save us having to make flashcards

Please add the tape function. I need it to study my German articles plus it’s great for reviewing labels in diagrams. It’s actually more relevant to me than the study cards though I believe these two functions would work great together. I think this function will be very helpful to students so please consider adding it in the near future.

I am a dental student, and I find myself using active recall a lot now to study. Having the washi tape feature similar to Notability would make Goodnotes easily the best note taking app because of its seamless interface. Please consider this as a new feature!!

you should add some studying tools such as
tape to cover the answers while studing.Also,The recorded voices shouldn't take a space in the device. Additionally, the laser pointer should have multiple styles.

Could we please consider getting this feature? I think this would put Goodnotes above Notability for sure. When I used notability and the tape feature it made it easier to go through active recall and testing my knowledge. PLEASE ADD!!!!

Being able to use Tape instead of spending time creating flashcards in Quizlet would be a total game-changer. I don't have an iPad, but I'm afraid I'll have to get one just for this feature. That's how important it is.

Please add this feature! My classmate has notability and showed me the tape feature. I almost cancelled Goodnotes just for the tape! Such a great feature when studying instead of making notecards.

Notability has a tape option. As a college student, time is very important. This tape option would decrease the amount of time I need to put my slides into anki for active recall if this feature was on the app. It would be very useful and a great tool to save time and study better

You can easily drag it onto any of your notes to obscure the text, and tapping on the tape will reveal it again.
