I really love this idea!

This would be so helpful for distinguishing between folders and would ultimately make it easier to navigate between folders. As a student who had 14 different classes in the year, being able to see the color directly would greatly help

It would be probably easy to integrate a Funktion to give different folders different colors or even better the possibility to have a picture as the icon. Furthermore a pipette, which lets you easily sample and use a color used on whatever document or picture, would be really helpful.

It would be nice you would have a folder symbol which imitates a real folder, and you could design it, now everything looks very technical.

Yeah it would be so great if we could change the colour or put an icon / image to customise the folder. There could also be an option to show a bit of the document cover inside that folder (this could just be the default).

Instead of the one option of a blue folder we should have the option to change the color of the folder to help distinguish subjects better.

I often use emojis in folder names to describe the folder content, e.g. school subjects. It would be great to chose emojis for folders (like in the attached picture I edited) to make custom folders.

I color coordinate everything in my Goodnotes 5 app so I would definitely love to be able to customize the folders with HEX Codes or photos. It's odd to me that you can customize notebook covers with colors and images, but the folders remain blue. As both a teacher and a grad student customizations of the folders would be a HUGE help!

Hi! I am studying for the MCAT this semester and as you probably know, it is a very dense exam with lots of different sections and topics of study. I have a TON of material. It would be INCREDIBLY HELPFUL if you could make an update where there are options to change the color of the folders so that they are not just the plain blue color. It would make organization much easier and help me with my studying! If you choose to update anything in the app, please please please choose to do this!! Thank you!! :)

As a teacher, I use this app to lesson plan and I have all my classes separated by folders (pre-k-8th) and all of them are blue and it can get confusing. being able to change the colors of the folders would be AWESOME and super helpful.

We need more folder colours, for example, a different course, a different folder colour. That ugly blue gives me depression, and it makes me feel like I'm living the life of a 9-5 accountant.

Agreed. It seems pretty weird to have the option of customising individual notebooks, but not the folders that contain them. More than just colours, or designs (like the notebook covers), adding the option to have a photo on the face of the folder, like some other apps allow, would be amazing.

It would be even more great to be able to customize folders, notebooks, etc to match the aesthetics people want to have.

Different colors for folders (at least!!) or, better yet, the ability to use different images for folders. thank you!
