Built-in Calculator / Scientific Calculator
I suggest adding a calculator feature to GoodNotes 6 to enhance its functionality and streamline user workflows. This feature could allow users to perform calculations directly within their notes, making it especially useful for students, professionals, and anyone working with numerical data. For example, a floating calculator tool could be integrated into the app, enabling users to perform quick calculations without leaving the workspace. Alternatively, a feature that allows handwritten equations to be converted into calculated results would align well with GoodNotes’ emphasis on handwriting recognition and natural note-taking. This addition would not only save time but also make GoodNotes 6 more versatile and user-friendly.

It would be great to have an embedded calculator and create formulas. Currently, calculations must be done outside of goodnotes and then manually added and updated.
Example: Use the app for finance tracking. It is impossible to keep track in the app since numbers such as Totals have to be manually updated when a new transaction is added or changed. It's time consuming and leads to increase of error. -

Please add the feature to solve maths stuff. your program can detect numbers, why not implement a calculator? work together with other brands. I dont really care just add the feature. to detect whether you want to solve something you could add a shortcut a a symbol you have to write first, like a = with another line maybe

1. Inbuilt calculator: It would be of real help basic scientific calculator
2. Record notes: I know this is being worked upon. However, I also hope the listening feature had a delay or slowing feature to listen to fast lectures or in phonetics class slow down the pronounciation
3. Ability to import from NAS
4. Multiple files: We can import single pdf files. I wish we could import more at a time
5. Delete pages
6. Ability to insert graphs/tables/logarithmic scales to help draw charts

Make an option where it is possible to write formulas/equations etc. like in the app MyScript Calculator, a handwritten calculator

Specifically a pencil that you can use the apple pencil to draw with. This would be very useful for sketching. Especially if you could include the ability to shade when you tilt the apple pencil to the side, much like an actual pencil.
The in app calculator could be a calculator that you could set right on your sheet of paper in your notebook and do your calcs and then can record those calcs or possibly even drop the equations onto the sheet of paper somehow to record them for you. This would be extremely useful in the field and also, so you don't have to use your phone, switch apps, or do it on your desktop and then go back to your notes and enter the info.

This would be great! And MyScript provides an SDK, so I don't think it is too hard.

I do technical note that sometime need for calculation. It is troublesome to call for calculator then back to GoodNotes. I know that I can't find anything like what I asked from any other notes Apps. If GoodNotes can provide this.... your are real innovator.

Would love to have a built-in calculator when studying my notes. I can't open a calculator while in GoodNotes. I can't open two or more apps at the same time with Ipad. It will be of great help. Thanks.

I used to make calculations all the time with a pencil on the margins of books when doing math homework or reading engineering papers.
Nothing prevents you from doing the same with good note, but it would be great if a recognition engine was used to compute the result of the calculations for you. In other words, embed something like Myscript calculator in good notes

It would be great for marketing too (awesome eye candy)
