Gruppierung ermöglichen
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man mit dem Lasso nicht nur bestimmte Bereiche temporär einfangen und verschieben/anpassen könnte. Eine dauerhafte Gruppierung wie in Word wäre hilfreich.

[Toolbar Customization] Pin pen sub-tools and dedicated shortcuts
Pen Sub-tools: I use pen-related sub-tools more frequently than the main tools. Please allow users to pin pen sub-tools directly to the main toolbar for quicker access.
Dedicated Shortcuts: Adding links and converting text currently requires too many taps. Please provide an option to add these specific functions as individual icons on the main toolbar.

I am BEGGING for embedded videos
I'm a gymnastics coach and I use Goodnotes to plan practices and write down drills. It would be so helpful to quickly reference a video of a new drill we’re trying for the first time, or help my gymnasts better understand a new skill they’re working on. My little stick figure drawings can only do so much.

Perspective correction tool for photos/pictures
As a medical student I often take photos of lecture slides from various angles, currently cropping these images results in distorted or skewed perspectives, leaving me with “uncroppable” parts.
I would love to see a feature similiar to the Notes app in IOS when scanning a document, it would help me make better notes for me.

Add an Optional Auto Re-Hide Mode for Masking Tape
The Masking Tape feature is extremely useful for memorization practice.
However, during repetitive active recall study, users currently need to manually hide each revealed masking tape again before testing themselves another time.
This becomes tedious when many masking tapes are used on a single page.
An optional “Auto Re-Hide” mode would solve this problem.
Example:
- Tap to reveal
- After a user-defined delay (1s / 3s / 5s etc.), the masking tape automatically hides again
This would create a much smoother flashcard-like study experience and improve memorization efficiency significantly.
The feature could remain completely optional and be turned ON/OFF depending on…

Add a “Reveal All Masking Tapes” Button
The Masking Tape feature is amazing for active recall and memorization.
However, when a page contains many masking tapes, users currently have to tap every single one individually just to review the full content.
This is especially inconvenient when users want to quickly review the entire page or check the overall structure of their notes before testing themselves again.
A simple “Reveal All / Hide All” toggle would make studying much smoother and faster.
Possible options:
• Reveal all masking tapes on the current page
• Hide all again with one tap

PDF Mode on Highlighter Settings
I believe the highlighting process would be more efficient if a PDF mode were added under the Highligher settings. In the PDF mode, the highlighter recognizes the text and snaps.
In the current version, the only options are either manual highlighting, or pressing the text then choosing the "Highlight" option (w/ only yellow as the available color).

Pencil add in/ handwriting detection
A pen that automatically underlines with A squiggly line like the freenotes app does. Also, an automatic handwriting to make sloppy handwriting into better handwriting without having to use the typing tool like the free notes app does. If you do this, the app would be perfect!

Tool: grey out / hide parts of page. Antagonist to the highlighter
Be able to grey out entire parts of an image/page. So you could navigate/sort slides that have a lot of useless information to only keep the parts you need.
A tool where you could e.g. grey out the entire image (like lowering the opacity) and select the parts you would like to keep.

For colours you can add as many to the menu as you want. do the same for strokes (sizes) so you can add more than 3 strokes to the menu and swipe between them.

Arrows with Draw and Hold
Allow us to form perfect arrows when using draw and hold. It often slows my progress switching between the Pen Tool and the Shape Tool, and I'd much rather have the ability to automatically make an arrow using draw and hold, just like other shapes

Tape도 펜처럼 직사각형을 그렸을때 안에가 채워지면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 그 위에 필기를 할 수 있도록 하여 포스티잇 처럼 눌렀을때 그 밑에 내용을 볼 수 있고 다시 누르면 위에 내용을 볼 수 있도록 할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 이렇게 하면 특히 오답 학습을 할때 매우 효과적이고 실용적으로 사용할 수 있다고 생각합니다

Turn off elements, text, etc from combining with shapes
I layer elements often and use a white shape to hide parts of my planner I’m redoing- but new things I add snap to the shape automatically. I click bring to front and it won’t unsnap from the shape. It has really been frustrating and has made my planner use tedious.

Add a "Workspaces" option to the Sidebar for context-specific tabs and tool presets

Toggle Setting for Hiding Close Tabs Button
I use Goodnotes on my iPad primarily and always keep tabs open for work to refer to at any time easily. I keep these open all the time because it's either a standard of procedure that I reference like my bible or documents pertinent to a project I'm working on over the course of a couple days, weeks, or so.
I find that sometimes I will accidentally click to close a tab and not know what tab I closed. I would love for a setting to toggle hiding the close tab button to prevent this.

"Math Assist - Insert graph" : Adjusting the x/y scaling interval
For function like y=sin(x°), the range and domain are very different ( -1 to 1 vs 0 to 360). The graph displayed is too flat for any visual understanding.
It would be great to be able to adjust the interval of x/y-axes seperately.In desmos, it is done by dragging the x/y-axes with two fingers.
In Apple Notes, it is auto-adjusted with "centered"1 vote -
zoom out
be able to zoom out, and allow the page to stay zoomed out. i would like to be able to have buffer room on the left and right of the page, as of right now, you can only zoom in, any attempt to zoom out (to see multiple pages at once, or understand where the edge of the page is) the page bounces back to fit the screen width.

Lasso actions customization
Add an option to customize the lasso select menu after something is selected to be more like goodnotes 5. one thing I do all the time is lasso and then 'copy' but now I have to click an extra button to get to the 'copy' button. it was better on goodnotes 5.
