tool bar favorites while using zoom feature
I would love it if when using the zoom feature there was a smaller tool bar above the zoom window. It breaks up the flow to have to reach all the way to the other side of the screen to change the pen or color I am using. If it was completely customizable like with the pens, highlighters etc. I choose and able to be moved around the screen that would be great too.

Is there a way to update the date of the folder after editing the notebooks inside it.

Convert pictures to text
Since there already is a feature to convert handwritten text.

Preserve last window size
I really wish the last window size were preserved so every time I open the app on my mac it doesn't default to the small screen view

Midpoints and/or axes for perfect shapes
I would like to have midpoints and/or axes for shapes. Especially a circle will benefit from this feature. It will make it easier to adjust shapes to each other.
Currently i need to draw circles in a diagram (imported as page template) and it’s a mess to adjust the circles accurate around the midpoint of this diagram (Smith Chart)3 votes -
laser pointer keyboard shortcut
I'm using goodnotes on a mac over zoom for teaching. It would be very helpful to have a keyboard shortcut for the laser pointer similar to the keyboard shortcuts to the pen, lasso, images, etc (it is weird that the laser pointer is the only one of these tools without a shortcut). I'm constantly needing to switch between pen and laser pointer, and this make it a lot smoother. Thanks

Make the grid magnetic to draw lines from corners of the grid.
I would love to have the option to have a "magnetic grid" used in combination with a geometric form tool to draw some lines that start exactly at the corners of the grid.

Search all highlights and display on one page.
When highlighting notes or docs, I have a system based on the color of highlight.
Example:
Yellow - todo later
Orange - look into further
Green - Note about dev tools
Blue - Note about software processWould love to see all highlights gathered onto one page for quick reference
Ability to select highlighted entry and link back to source.

More Wide Ruled Templates
Add wide ruled options for the multi column templates. I love using the multicolumn templates when I'm taking notes but find the line spacing to be to narrow to be practical. I know I can zoom in but this takes away from me seeing the "big picture" (i.e., the other notes on the document) without constantly having to zoom in and out. It should be a relatively simple update, please make this happen!

Be able to use sub- and superscript like in word.

Merge the top and bottom toolbar into one so that there is more useable space.
There are two toolbars unnecessarily. Top toolbar for browsing slides, searching for specific words, undo button and the add page button. Bottom toolbar for writing tools. Top one only uses up the left and right side (with the title taking up a huge amount of space in the middle) and the bottom toolbar only uses the middle so they would merge perfectly if you just moved the title elsewhere, thus giving us the users more space to write/draw on.

是否可以在工具栏加上一个锁定当前页面不可编辑的功能？因为页面长期处于可编辑状态很多时候在复习阅读笔记的时候会不小心触碰到里面的内容，有时还会误删一些东西或者不小心打乱了当前页面的排版。这样笔记还要从新编辑一下。如果有一个当前页面锁定功能就可以防止这些误操作。希望得到贵公司回复。谢谢。

Show MB size of each document in folder
The thing is:
I added some huge pdf files in Good Notes, then iCloud complained that it's almost full. So wanted to delete some documents, but I couldn't check which one is bigger.
So, just showing how big a documents is, maybe next to the date and time when last edited, would be just perfect. And probably one of the easiest features to add, I would assume.
And maybe also show the size of each folder?Would that be possible?

I want to be able to see my notes from anywhere. I don't have a mac but I still want to be able to see my notes. Maybe you could make a website and you can log into the website to see your notes.

Integration with the Apple file system (the Files app)
I'd like the Goodnotes file system to be integrated with the Apple file system such that you could access all the .goodnote files in their relevant folders through the Apple files app. An example of a use case for this would be when transferring many pdfs into the app, a simple drag and drop or creation of folders and files in the Files app, would allow you to import many files or move them quickly.

Automatically created notebooks by days
This feature should look in all notebooks when new pages were created, and then at the end of a day create a notebook which has all the content of that day. So you have a summary of the complete day, and do not always have to look through all the notebooks.

Custom template categories
I have a number of custom templates. Most of them are not any of the existing page sizes (not A4, letter, Goodnotes standard, etc.) Could we have a "Custom" template category, or better the ability to create our own template categories?
