Create synced blocks across pages
Have an option for a block of content to be copied to another page and any edits on either copy shows up on the other one. So for example, you could have a block of writing on a monthly calendar page and then sync it to a specific day's page so you don't have to rewrite everything. What you write on the monthly calendar for that day automatically shows up on the individual day page also.

Auto Position and Auto Grouping
I would love for my notes to auto position themselves properly and perhaps group together when im writing. For example when writing on paper you sometimes have to write on different sections of a page or printout (left side, right side, top, bottom, middle) and goodnotes doesn't do the without opening a different text box. And when trying to reposition all the text it doesnt move all your notes together without the user lassoing every little box you want instead of just grouping them and moving them all together. I would love to right a Topic in the middle with…

Comment section concept but for notetaking
Sometimes when i annotate my power points, there's too much thing on it and not enough space for me to write. It could be useful if we could use the comments concept but not only write text, but also take notes.
Not sure if my idea is clear, but i would like a space where i can take note and draw whatever i want that will reduce, and i can drag wherever i want.

App bounces too often in the official version of iPAD OS 16.1

Notification Icon does not have the same thickness as other icons
If you look at the icons in goodnotes you can see that thr notifications icon does not have the same thickness as other icons, would be nice if that could be fixed

Text box bug
When I change one element of text box formatting and then change another, the first change is undone.
For example, I change the font from the default to something else. Then I increase the size. The font reverts to the default. If I reapply my font, the size reverts to the default. I have to set the font, unselect the text box (click out of it), go back to the text box, set my size. This has only started happening recently (the last month or so maybe).1 vote -

Enhance the exit button (users can choose whether it is on the left or on the right)
As a left-handed person, the exit button of the tab is always on the left. Sometimes the tab closes mistakenly because of the touch. It sounds unavoidable for left-handed users like me.

Adding feature for editing time of folder or note
We need a feature to change attributes of the folder or the note, that I can sync it with the time of the lecture for instance if I upload it later! I will be so happy if you add it. thank u

One finger and double tap for undo option.
I always hold the device in my hand and scroll the screen with my thumb. I found it uncomfortable on my wrist to have to use two fingers to press twice to undo it, and it sometimes didn't flow as it should, and I had trouble using three fingers to press the redo because it became undo, which made it very frustrating. I believe there should be a setting for how many fingers you want to use to undo and redo.

How many Notebooks are in my GoodNotes? - Notebook-Counter
I would appreciate to have a Notebook-Counter in order to see, how many notebooks I have (in a specific folder or subfolder) and to identify/detect empty or overfilled folders or subfolders.
After the name/title of each folder or subfolder should be in parentheses the number of (sub)folders and the number of notebooks they contain. (See figure.)

Stop the blue side when writing in Zoom mode +organize open windows
- It doesn’t help me and it makes writing much more difficult. and be able to paste or copy in the zoom mode.
- i want to be able to see the open windows in a list or an organized way without closing the open files by mistake because i am switching from file to file.
