Improvements on Lasso Text + Audio and Charts
It would be great if I could rotate lasso text. A record audio feature would be nice. Also, an option to insert a chart template as well as having the ability to permanently copy a drawn chart and paste it from a library of copied shapes.

Android is rubbish, please do not waste your resources on Android, focus on iOS and Mac.

You can add small pages to the left and right sides of a note page, or just comments, so it's extremely convenient to flip through notes later, as well as PDF revisions. Summary: goodnote page restrictions are very serious

Linking a recording to a word
As someone who uses GoodNotes for studying Japanese, I would love to be able to attach a recording to a typed or handwritten word with the pronunciation of that word. So when I click it I can hear the correct pronunciation.
I think it would be extremely helpful for those of us using GoodNotes for languages.13 votes -
A mode for lasso tool where it selects only completely enclosed objects
The lasso tool should have a mode (switch?) where it only selects objects that are completely enclosed by the lasso area, not anything that intersects with the lasso area. This is very useful for selecting things in complex drawings.

Using lasso tool over multiple pages
There are times where I’ve lasso’d a diagram that I’ve drawn or handwriting and I’d like to drag it to the next page but it won’t let you. You have to copy, paste and delete to get the same result

These seem obvious: 1) Continuous sheets; 2)time stamp; 3) convert to text on the page; 4) save as .docx or .rtf

Angle measurement
If there would be an option to measure the angle of existing lines would be great. You also could measure distances when you set a refenrence distance first.

Ability to Import or Design Covers
No offense to those who have designed the cover templates, but for designers, architects, engineers, artists and anybody who is more creatively inclined — we would much prefer to import images as backgrounds for creating our own custom covers, and/or design our own using some embedded tool. I need to visually glance at groups of notebooks and understand immediately what applies to what project, or in what category they are. This is something pretty critical for me as I ramp into using GoodNotes for many different projects.

Please allow us to change the thickness and colour of handwritten notes AFTER
Currently we are unable to change the colour and size of thickness of handwritten notes, please do make it happen as I have no time to rewrite the whole notes after class

create a version that is appconfig compatible to allow easier usage within companies.
data security is a major concern for companies. good notes should be able to be used within a secure containerdefined by an mdm , to only allow storage of notes in well defined data storages.

make the zoom window size adjustable
It looks like you are getting a lot of requests that fall into this category. I write small. The zoom window is magnified just too much for me, so even though my writing looks much better if I use this function it is tiny in the document. Writing in huge big strokes in the zoom window means it takes me longer to write. If I could reduce the zoom window height by 20%, this would help a ton.

Add a shortcut to switch between tools!
I'd like it to be easier to switch between the eraser and my custom pen setting while writing. A two finger tap or holding down a finger to erase would be awesome.

The search funktion is now located on one Item (Pdf document, Notbook).

Adjust brightness and contrast of pictures
When you Take a picture with the Camera (I use it in the classroom as document-Camera) most pictures are too dark or suffer from insufficient brightness.
A quick and simple brightness and contrast adjustment will help a lot.
