Add more colours to tool bar (currently there are only 3 options of available colour)
In the tool bar there are only 3 available colours to select from
Adding more colours to the toolbar would make more efficient and fluent writing

Such a basic feature that you presume is included in a notetaking app, but apparently, it isn't.
I can't understand the people behind this app, there are multiple very basic and fundamental features that is missing and been requested for years, but nothing has been done.
I recently found this new app "Flexcil Notes", which has this and many other features that improve my workflow. It also has a much better PDF support and UI in my opinion. It serves my needs much better. 🙋🏾♂️

Please, for the love of god, please do this or at least comment on it. If good notes allowed more saved pen configs it would easily be the best option right now but instead I can’t even use it because I need to constantly switch pens and this interface slows me down way too much
yeah... i would love a floating color palette box that had a customizable amount of color options specifically. would make the flow feel so much better

It sounds silly, but this is a big problem and needs to be addressed with higher priority. There are two different suggestions for the same thing, each with ~700 votes, so the vote is artificially split.
When I'm writing 300 pages of lecture notes for a semester long class, I have to manually select different colors literally several thousand times. It's not just the extra clicks, which are annoying. The real problem is the extra distraction. I constantly have to keep in mind what colors are up on my palette rather than just focusing on what I'm writing.
The silly thing is that there's more than enough room in my iPad interface to add extra colors. There's no earthly reason why this couldn't be expanded with relatively minimal investment of developer time.

Pleaaaaaase we really need this! It would be really helpful for reading PDFs
There are still space in the tool bar, please hear our voice and add it!
Personally I wish there can be five!

Cmon do it please!!!
Same with the highlighter. Would love to be able to do fluent writing. What they could do is make the thickness of it into its own spot with a dropdown and make the colors and scroll bar that scrolls horizontally.

I'm also a teacher who loves to use Goodnotes, and this would help dramatically!!

I need this to be feature to "float" too. Please.

Yea I bought the app and was very disappointed by this. It literally makes it unusable for me. I need to have at least 6 (preferably 10+) pen configurations saved and easily accessible - out in the open and only one tap away.
Please make this happen, good notes team. This would totally change the game!! We need at least 5 in the tool bar.

I think this feature is more urgent than others. ;) im a teacher using goodnotes to teach physics. it’s a nightmare to keep choosing different colours

Yes please, I would assume adding a total of 6 would be a very good start.

would be cool if we can choose ourself how many colours we want.

Come on guys, you people have just provided 3 colours .....OneNote and notability already providing it....and I don’t want to switch on them.....this feature is really dealbreaker for me please provide just more than 3 color.....there is already enough space for it
Not a lot of people know that accountants need a lot of colour to know what we're supposed to do with your money (see attached images), so please add more pre-defined colour options. Up to 6 would be ideal :)

I think even one more would be very useful. I personally find myself switching between blue, black, green and red regularly.
There must be atleast 4 colour options on the toolbar as while making notes everyone alteast uses 4 colour pens ie Red, blue, black, Green
