Hi kindly give option of viewing two pages simultaneously
It becomes monotonous and boring.
Also if tou can ass an option two jort down on a page (study note as in flexcil).
This lacunae brings the whole hardwork of yours down relatively.

It would be great if GoodNotes5 had an actual “book view” option like if it were an actual notebook. I understand split-view is an option, but you are not able to do continuous texts/drawings/etc. because only one page is available to view at a time. If this option was added, it would make it much simpler to use the planner template by being able to enhance the fluidity of ideas/writing/drawings.
I’ve attached an example from Apple Books (has a one-page view option as well as the 2-page) that shows a two-page view that I think would be a good addition to this app, and an image from my notebook that I really wish could be more fluid so I could go back and forth to each page and add notes easily.

And it should be allowed to choose "show the first page separately" or not, in order to display scanned document normally.

I would love it if I could see the previous and the current page at the same time, as in a notebook, only better :)
In split view mode I can open two GoodNotes windows, and that’s wonderful, but I would love if I could work on the same document’s two pages and an extra window. Thank you for listening, I’m looking forward to seeing and using it!

I like annotating my textbooks and sometimes spreads cross 2 pages. Being able to see them side by side without opening a new window and be able to seamlessly draw across the two pages would be a dream.
Example: Apple’s Books app automatically displays 2 pages when the iPad is turned to landscape. Maybe goodnotes can incorporate a toggle feature for this?

By doing so, users may enjoy their horizontal view mode by working as if working on a real book.
Availability of 2 pages view in single window will allow users to more frequently use this application rather than other alternatives such as Flexcil, PDFexpert.
As a student, my self and users around my self are demanding this function. Because of lack of 2 pages function, it is not hard to see using other aforementioned alternative application.

We should be able to view two pages at once like in a real paper notebook. This should be available in portrait and landscape mode - but especially landscape mode. The "workaround" of opening the app twice is unacceptable and does not meet this improvement. Thanks.

The multi window workaround - is not acceptable. To be a real notebook, it has to act like a real notebook - we need a view that spans two pages at a time. I need this for my bullet journal template. reviewing the site, people have been asking this for 6 YEARS! Is this just impossible to do?

Two-page mode allows you to take notes more like a real book

2. Split the screen in one program instead of two separate programs

Sharing a toolbar is more convenient

3. Page turning animation is not very smooth, always need to move a large range of hand to turn the page, I hope to optimize the movement, one hand slightly stroke can turn the page

4. Draw in straight line in highlighters are easy to use, and I'd like to add a same function to the fountain pen.so, Take notes more smoothly

Hi @GoodNotes, the solution you describe is not what is required here.

What is missing is the very straightforward possibility to read a document (especially an imported PDF) in a double-page view, like a book.

This is a very standard feature is every PDF reader, Adobe, Preview, etc.

This is really missing, especially in the desktop app (but also on iPad).
Can you please implement it? It should NOT be hard to do this :)

especially good for slides created via beamer (latex) -
where things appear in the next slide on top of the current one.
Horizontal scrolling ruins the effect.

Show two pages at a time by native method

We need two pages functionality by native method (not by multi split view).
Every user wants it for very long time.
We were very tired of waiting.

When will you update?
We want to know clearly about this update schedule.

I wish the same! This would give the exact same feeling like a real notebook: having two pages open side by side in landscape. Currently it’s hard for me to write a real bullet journal like in a analog notebook (Leuchtturm or Moleskine). Opening another GoodNotes windows in split screen ain’t a satisfying solution.

Agreed. The solution you implemented is not what is needed here. We need to be able to turn the page with a single gesture, not advance one side by one page and the other by two pages. That is simply confusing and over-complicating what could otherwise be a very simple and useful feature across all disciplines--not just for musicians.
