the icons and colors of the folders are great but it would be even better to upload more icons that match the description/topic we want it for (stethoscope, heart, etc) also, customizing more colors for folders for more diversity and if we can upload our own designs for folders- same as we do for notebooks

Some functionalities are missing:
1. The option to customize the color of the folders according to our preferences, I mean, to use the colors that do not appear in the list, simply by entering their hexadecimal code or RGB values.
2. I also think it would be convenient to allow the user to customize the colors, in the sense that we can create a kind of list or palettes, assign names to them and order them, for Pencil, Highlighter, Tape, Shapes and Sticky notes.

The comment above mine is completely right. Nine colours, Google Drive has a colour palette of 20 colours. Also, make the eyedropper available in the folders change opciones.

I agree! A color picker for folders would be much better, over even having the option to put a photo as the folder cover.

Please add many more colors for folders. 9 colors are too few for the different subjects at university or school. For example, the colors light green, dark blue and brown are completely missing. At least 18 colors should be available. (Of course you could also add personalized colors = color palette instead)

Unlimited Folder Color Options! I am in graduate school and use canvas, where you can change the color of your course to whatever you want. I have about 15 courses so I have to repeat folder colors on goodnotes and they don’t match my canvas colors.

As the title says it’s frustrating that there are limited colours you can choose from and there is no way of customising it, it would really be a goos, aesthetic and useful feature to add

Currently, the color of the Good Note folder is only the specified color. Please enter the color code and add it so that it can be a more diverse color.

We need more colors to the folders by using light spectrum and also we need themes of the app not only the dark and light mode

2. the bar on the left side (documents, search, marketplace...) could be automatically always hidden, I usually don't need it and I have to keep closing it to have a large area

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to suggest a feature that I believe would greatly enhance the user experience within GoodNotes.

It would be amazing if users could customize folder icons and covers in a way similar to how we can currently add custom paper templates or notebook covers. Specifically, I would love the ability to:
• Import custom icons or images to use as folder icons.
• Personalize folder covers with our own images or designs, making them visually distinct and tailored to individual preferences.
• Choose from a wider range of default folder customization options for both icons and covers.

This level of customization would not only make the interface more visually appealing but also allow users to organize and navigate their files more efficiently.

COLOR DROPPER FUNCTION FOR FOLDERS!!!

I am a medical student and have 12 classes this semester. There are only 9 colors to choose from when picking a folder color. Is there any way we can add a color dropper to the folder colors? To give us more options for colors!

Pleaseeee the colored folders we have now are not enough, I have too many repeats!

More customization options and shortcuts would be great:
- Modify the color of the folder according to the hex code.
- Include varieties of icons.
- Choose an image to replace the folder icon.
- Add the folder or document to the home page as a shortcut.
- Widgets to have a shortcut to folders and documents.

I have so many folders that I am getting immensely confused with so little colour options!! PLEASE ADD A COLOUR WHEEL!!

The current colours for folders are extremely limited. I use Goodnotes for many different things, and I am having to repeat folder colours which makes it hard to quickly find things I need. I think it would be useful to rather have a colour wheel or similar option, or even a way to add a photo as the folder cover rather than just a small generic icon which is hard to see.
