   totally agree. It's also a security risk. Fewer people are going to be willing to use GoodNotes, esp. to develop cutting edge technical ideas, if we know that some American/Chinese company is literally spying on us and stealing our IP.

   Update: Early October 2026.

   We now KNOW that AI companies are stealing people's ideas in R & D.

   Dear, GoodNotes: you are either obfuscating for whatever cowardly reason, or you are knowingly complicit with gather and sending people's ideas, potential IP, etc. in all fields and syphoning these off to AI companies.

   By default, I now no longer trust any application that has any form of AI built in. Pen and paper are the future.
