Hello
It would be cool if you could use a color finder tool like in photoshop where one can hover over a color from a photo and it can be saved in one of the color pre-sets -

Needing to amend text written in a different colour earlier in my document, I rub out what needs to be changed, but often have to select the right colour from the toolbar as the colour I have currently selected is not the colour my earlier written text was in. GoodNotes should implement an option where the colour of the text rubbed out by the eraser tool is automatically selected after erasure for easy modification of earlier notes.

I have made the eye dropper suggestion also. I would like to pull a color from a sticker or picture to write within my planner.

Integrate an eye dropper tool to identically match colors previously used or that are present in photos that have been added to notes. Similar to that of one in Photoshop and other like products/apps

Presets should be saved across devices, assuming you have a similar cloud sharing. I use GoodNotes on two different iPads and it always transfers custom colors & updates my notes to the cloud

In the color picker, add an option that lets you tap somewhere on screen and use the HEX color value of wherever you tapped as a color, EX. i want to use a certain orange of a picture i took so i choose color picker, tap on the orange, then i can draw with it.
P.s. goodnotes is wonderful thank you!

Yes it’s a huge hassle to have to go outside of GoodNotes to find the hex code of an item already on my page! At least make it so the selected item’s hex code is displayed when you go to the color palette!
Please give us this feature... , after all, we are paying for this app!! 🙏

It would be really nice if there was a color dropper or similar function where you can select the a color in an image or other text in the page and Then use that color for the pen. I sometimes use a custom color for notes and forget to save it to my presets when I change colors and then I can’t always get the exact same color for the rest of my notes.

An eyedropper tool (as I believe that’s what’s being discussed here) would be so helpful! I had to delete my app recently because there was a large amount of space that I couldn’t free and I lost all my custom colors. I drew them out on a note before deletion so I still have the colors, but it takes a lot of work to get the correct HEX code because there’s a small difference between the color I pick and the color shown for the HEX code I input.

Having a color eye dropper would be super helpful for color-coding info when highlighting or simply writing with a pen!
I also would like to have my custom colors saved such that any color I save on the app on my phone is saved so I can refer to it and use the same color when I use GoodNotes on my computer. Thanks!! -

Yes, please. That's would be much easier than insert a HEX code.
