Copy & Paste with Format
I would like to suggest adding a “Copy Format / Paste Format” feature to GoodNotes.
Currently, when adjusting text styles (font, size, color, spacing, etc.), users must manually change each element individually. A format copying tool—similar to the “Format Painter” in apps like Microsoft Word—would greatly improve efficiency and workflow.
With this feature, users could:
• Copy font style, size, and color
• Copy text box formatting
• Apply consistent formatting across multiple sections quickly
• Maintain clean and uniform note layouts
This would be especially helpful for students and professionals who rely on structured and visually consistent notes.

I’ve run into the same headache, and it feels wild that the formatting just falls apart like a dropped stack of papers. I’ve been getting by with a workaround where I duplicate a page that already has the style I want, then paste the new text into it so the layout stays put. It’s clunky, but it keeps things from turning into a mess while waiting for a proper fix.

when copy text from mac intellij app (or any other format) and paste the text it is not formatted. Font size, style, color, white space are not formatted. This make me do additional manual formatting😔.

While writing by hand or fonts, often the title, subtitle are formatted with color/font-size etc. It would be great to click on a formatted text to copy the format and apply the format on another text by clicking on it. There can be a toolbar button to toggle this copy format mode. This will save lot of time in applying the format again and again.

when I copy/paste text, it always looses the formatting of the line spacing. that's annoying.
