Google Drive sync
Ability to sync using Google Drive rather than iCloud. Right now you can only backup to Google Drive. There should be seamless integration with Google Drive (similar to PDF Expert.)

Hi,
I am looking for a proper way to let my assistance, who is working with Microsoft and both of us with google drive, preparing me for meetings. Therefore my idea was to sync my notebooks created with goodnotes and the folder structure to google drive. This is already possible. And the assistance now could put files the same folders.
The idea now is to be able to see and open the These files directly in the goodnotes folder view. -

The backup options are usually services that require you to pay for storage which some people may be unable to do. Google Drive is the only storage place that doesn’t charge to store large amounts of data. I only have one google email and I don’t want my school notes getting mixed in with other files I have on my drive.
I’d like to propose GoodNotes Drive (separate from the GoodNotes app) where we can back up all our notes.

It would be perfect if GoodNotes 5 can support automatically synchronise files with google drive when using different devices (such as iPhone & iPad) under the same account.

As an upgrade to the one-directional auto-backup feature, I hope there would be an auto-sync function available which allows me to automatically view my numerous uploaded files in gdrive in goodnotes without having to export them one by one.

Yes please add this! I believe this is a good feature for power users who have a lot of content to back up.
Google Drive and Dropbox are used more widely for cloud storage, and I don't want to have to pay for iCloud storage.

It would be amazing if we could choose which Google Drive account and specific location we want to backup any specific folder, document or notebook within GoodNotes (think: then we could share certain notebooks with certain people via a shared Google Drive folder automatically and other folders with other people, while saving still other files in a different, personal Google Drive account). Auto backup should still work to save most recent files, but if there should be an “instantaneous backup” option as well.
More importantly, making GoodNotes compatible with Android/PC for real cross-device syncing would make the experience so much better.

The IT department at my company has many productivity blocking policies, one of which is blocking access to iCloud. But they do support Google Drive. If GoodNotes 5 could do a full sync using Google Drive as well as iCloud, Your app would be perfect.

Instead of using google drive for backup issue, Cloudbacko home supports Windows as well it can give backup and helps restoring also. Cloudbacko home software is designed for backing up home Windows and Mac desktops and laptops. It can continuously back up your important files and folders to local and cloud storage whenever there is a change in content.

It'd be great if I could just save a file and have it automatically synch with google drive.
