Fast scroll between pages
A fast scrolling option is important for file who have LOTS OF PAGES.
In PDF EXPERT there’s a similar function very useful.

Automatically "Copy" when you select "Screen Shot"
I usually screenshot parts of a pdf (i.e. questions) and then move them onto a new page (to solve).
Right now I have to:
- Select the region
- Select "Take a Screenshot"
- Wait for a pop up window to show up
- Press the "Share Button"
- Wait for another pop up window to show up
- Press the "Copy" button
- Wait for both pop up windows to close
- Then hold the lasso tool and press "Paste"It would be great if I can just:
- Select the region
- Select "Take a Screenshot"

It would be very useful and would improve a lot the versatility of the app if one could use a smart pen to write with ink on paper and directly (or in some way) transfer on the app what has been written by the real pen

Export all pictures in batch from the GoodNotes document
When taking notes on a Good Notes 5 - iPad Pro , I take pictures with the iPad camera. I need to use these pictures separately in a MS Word documents, however there does not seem to be a way to export the pictures separately (eg JPG files). Also when exporting the Good Notes document as PDF, the contained pictures do not appear as Pictures in the PDF document, and as a result I cannot save them separately, or even Copy in Clipboard !!! They appear as Comments, or some other item, but not as pictures in the PDF document…

Automatically scroll to, and highlight, outline closest to current page in document view area when opening outline section of page grid view
When opening the page grid view, and clicking on the outline section (as opposed to thumbnails section), it would be awesome if the outline section would automatically scroll down (and highlight/bolden) the outline that is closest to (but before or on) the current page the user is editing/looking at in the documents view page. Currently, every time the outline section of the page grid view is selected, the list shows the very top of the outline list, and the user has to scroll down to outlines that are relevant to the current page, as opposed to the outline section automatically…

Larger tap areas/targets
I see a few requests for larger buttons in specific use cases. I’d like to see larger tap targets overall, wherever possible. The aim would be to make less mistakes, reduce the concentration required to perform an action, and help people with less steady hands or thicker fingers. I was thinking that across the top, there is plenty of room to create more space between the icons. Maybe it gets tight on smaller iPads. Maybe not. But either way perhaps the spacing could be a little more dynamic, or larger for larger iPads. Not exactly a feature but something to…

write text on lines instead of having to place a text field perfectly above them and having to resize the text to match up with the next lines…

Resize group of shapes but keep original thickness of the lines they are made of
I often re-use arrows and all sorts of frames (lined shapes without filling) that I need to immediately adjust in terms of size but not in terms of thickness.
Another user case is that I hand-write some text with a pen (not text tool) and then I need to make the whole of it a bit smaller or larger BUT KEEP THE THICKNESS of the lines.
Let’s say I drew an arrow with a pen 2 mm thick and then I need to make the shape bigger - longer in this case - BUT I STILL WANT IT TO BE…

Apple Pencil double-tap for Undo
I think it would be AWESOME if we could use the double-tap feature of the Apple Pencil to be able to undo an action.
I take a lot of hand notes, and everytime I make a mistake I have to manually hit the back arrow which is very inconvenient, whereas doing it by double-tapping the Apple Pencil would be very time-saving and convenient!

I would pay twice as much for a Windows version
I only use Ipad - which I hate - for GoodNotes. I would gladly pay $30 for a Windows version to use on a Microsoft Surface. Please make a Windows version and free us from Apple.

Add new blank page same size as previous page
Now:
- When want to add new blank page, can only choose from preset sizes (not same size as document).
- Or, copy 'current template' and insert blank image onto page.Suggestion:

Make the size of the paper displayed on the screen the same as the size of the real paper.
Please add the ability to scale the size of the paper on the screen so that it is the same size as the actual paper.
The story of how I came to this conclusion is below.GoodNote's convenient scaling function makes it easy to draw fine text and figures. But at the same time that functionality takes you away from writing on actual paper.
For example, in reality, writing letters with a 0.3mm ballpoint pen on A4 size paper means that 0.3mm letters are written in a 210mm x 297mm sheet of paper. However, on GoodNote, the same thing is…2 votes -
better overview in zoom-handwriting
We use goodnotes in school and its hard to like read a text and do notes at the same time, because you have to switch pages every 2 seconds. Thats why i would be nice to have, this zoom-handwriting thing to work at the another page, while you reading at a page.

Highlighter action reverts to writing mode when highlighting finishes (like the eraser does)
I write text, but want to delete it so use the eraser function. When I remove my apple pencil off the page, it goes back to write function (pen) automatically. Great feature
I write text. I now highlight the text using the highlighter function on GoodNotes. But it stays on the highlighter function so I have to click back to the pen function to continue writing.
Why can the highlighter function work like the eraser function in reverting back to pen mode automatically

Ability to write outside of page
Please allow writing outside of page in the margins, similar to OneNote.

Positioning of Document
Ability to place the open document more away from the edge, for better Handwriting.
Current Workaround: Place bigger Notebookcover at First place, doesn´t work, when all other documents are the same Size
