Simultaneous iCloud use
I wish the uploading to iCloud of fast enough to be able to make edits to the same notebook on my iPad and Mac at the same time. Like with Google Docs, multiple people or accounts can edit the same document without one having to stop/wait for the other.

Drag to Underline Tool
Can you do a highlighter tool that UNDERLINES the text instead of highlighting?
I would help in productivity so much rather than have to hold and wait for it to form a straight line.
Thanks

Customizable keyboard shortcuts
Please add the ability to edit keyboard shortcuts. I have a very specific setup and being able to assign keys where I want them is a very important factor in workflow.
I am glad there is keyboard support at all, but I can't imagine this is beyond the ability of your staff to add.

Hidden Notes
When highlighting a word or sentence in an imported pdf, tap to enable a hidden note embedded within the highlight. The reason I say imported pdfs is because most files do not have space to take notes on the individual pages so embedding your note within the highlight provides space to take notes where the note applies while keeping the file looking clean.
i.e. the definition of a word in the middle of a paragraph

Create multiple notebook pages at once
I study math and sometimes I speedrun my way through a problem set, and in the long run, having to add 100+ pages one by one can become a bit annoying, since there could easily be a feature to add x pages of the current template.
e.g. add 20 pages with the current template after the current page

Easy full page text box
I was trying out ZoomNotes after discovering adding to a note on my phone is kind of terrible in GoodNotes, and they had a handy shortcut that would help a lot in GoodNotes: When placing a text box, double tapping prompted whether I wanted the box to fill the page. I agreed and just that easy I can add properly (horizontally) aligned text to the note. GoodNotes could add a similar feature pretty easily and it would make the iPhone and Mac apps more useful for adding to notes.

f(x)
Physics major here, I'm finding it incredibly difficult to graph functions using the current curve option. It would be much easier to have an option that makes graphing all sorts of functions easier. So far, the only app that comes close is Colla notes, but I'd prefer to use good notes.

Support iOS/iPadOS native Low Data Mode
GoodNotes documents can get quite large over time. Synchronizing (and backing up) them on constantly uses ridicules amounts of data (sometimes up to 1GB in a single day).
Using GoodNotes in school, this poses a big problem, as we currently don't have working WiFi. Connecting my iPad to my iPhone's Personal Hotspot is always a story of force closing GoodNotes, connecting to the Hotspot, doing whatever, disconnecting and relaunching GoodNotes as I have a limited amount of high speed cellular data.To solve this, GoodNotes could support iOS native Low Data Mode, which users can set system wide on a per network basis. To support this, GoodNotes should pause automatic sync and automatic backups when low data mode is set. This would allow to pause automatic sync/backup on the metered cellular data and then resume the operations on the non-metered home WiFi. For users that don't want this behavior, there could be a toggles in settings for sync and auto backups to be disabled separately from each other for when you want to see changes on other devices but backups can wait.

Automatic Outlines with Heading Texts/TextBoxes
Much like words or google docs, when you select text type to Heading 1,2,3. Outlines will automatically add the Heading to Outline page(like in the picture).
This would be version useful and saves times when taking notes. still keep the "Add to Outline" button.

symbol shortcut
will be widely used for mathematical equations
the left side will be what I write, the write side will be what it will transform into. this can be also used for irregular shape or time consuming shapes to draw but is used often.

Change Style Tool
I'm coming from Samsung Notes that had a tool called the "Change Style" tool. I would click on this tool and select the new style (pen thickness, color, etc) that I want to apply. Then I would slide the tool across the stroke that I wish to change. I absolutely loved the feature and I think it would be really nice to have.
Consider the use case where I wish to change the color of a few words in my handwritten sentence. Right now I have to click on the lasso tool, draw a circle around the words, tap on the color option, and select the new color. Oops, my selection wasn't very accurate so it missed a few letters. Now I need to repeat the whole process again. Using the change style tool I could just run the tool over the leftover portion and my life would be so much easier.
Now consider if I also need to "bold" a few words. I would select the lasso tool, draw a circle around the word, and ... Oops! There's no option to change the stroke width. So now the only option is to decide on the pen width BEFORE writing anything. That's absolutely ridiculous!
Here's a YouTube video of the tool in action.

ISSUES: When formatting text in the textbox the format is lost if the size of the text is changed after giving it format. It should not.
As a tip, the 'line spacing' tool should not go as precise as 0,01 per step, that is not useful (as the text size, 1 per step should be OK).When editing (typing) a text box from a page, and want to edit another text box from another page (typing) there is an error that is not user friendly. The text box can not be edited until the previous textbox from the first page is 'closed'. It should let edit text from one or another from all along the pages, no matter what page, not just focused on one page.

POWERPOINT IMPORTING
As a medical student I have to go through lots of lectures and content daily. I have been using onenote as it allows for a fast importing of powerpoints when you convert the slides into PNG file types so i can make notes around them. Im struggling with goodnotes as although you can very quickly import these slides you cant make notes around the slides and you cannot import the slides onto the page of the notebook eg 2x slides per page without doing screenshots which takes a very long time for a lecture with over 100 slides in it. PLEASE CAN YOU FIND A WAY TO MAKE IMPORTING POWERPOINTS ONTO THE NOTE BOOK PAGES. it will make me chose onenote over goodnotes and will really help me and other with out studies.

Pen Stabilizer
A stabilizer setting for pens in GoodNotes!
Currently, when you go look on the GoodNotes App, on the Apple App Store, the previews show that you're able to easily draw these examples and diagrams for notes.. but it's VERY difficult to do in reality.
If you talk to any Digital Artist, they'll tell you a stabilizer one of the most important features to have in any drawing program.
I'm not trying to draw anything fancy, really. It's just really hard to draw remotely anything without the lines being jagged.
More flexibility with the brush settings, in general, would help users be more creative with their notes.
(It'd also help users who have shaky hands!!)

Better "formating" like in Word, so it`s worth using a MacBook
I think many people want better use of theyre Keyboard. So it would actually be worth bringing a MacBook with you, and not only using GoodNotes for Handwriting.
