目前使用的mac端goodnote存在严重的掉帧问题，尤其是在放大缩小页面，以及垂直滚动时，只有过降低app分辨率来缓解，但依旧卡顿
无论是ipad还是mac，使用触控板双指上下滑动页面时，无法停顿（打断滑动），其他app在页面滑动过程中若再次将双指放到触控板上，滑动便会被打断。goodnote无法做到这点，这导致需要大量翻页时十分难受。

Duplicate handwritten notes
It would be much faster to be able to duplicate handwritten notes (like in Notability) instead of having to copy and paste it every time.

Option to write down the answer in "Study Flash Cards"
Creating an interface where you have the option to write down the Flash card answer before checking / comparing it side by side

shape resize
Once I draw a square or retangle it would be good to select that shape with the lasso tool and then be able to adjust the shapes size.

Adding Black Paper
We can currently choose between dark, yellow and white paper. So i would suggest adding complete black paper as a new alternative, to minimize the strain in the eyes when studying long hours but also to have more aesthetically more pleasing plain black paper as a choice.

Arrange objects
We need the option of sending back a diagram or bring text to the front, because when drafting and stuff, its a bit disappointing having to erase or re-do stuff in order for it to fit hierarchy when working

Preset colors for text boxes
Right now we have presets for pens and highlighters but not text. Even though you can select the text and recolor it with your existing presets. I also wish there was a way to import color presets and or color pick.

Link between a book (PDF) and notebook
As example, we could have the option to open a pdf inside the notebook, making easier make slices from the book to notebook (no need to save in the gallery or copy the image, just select and slide). Thais way, when the image copied get clicked at the notebook, the book reopen in the same page (they keep linked). Just Like a referenced cell.

Sort by highlight color
Please add a feature where I can view all of the phrases/sentences I’ve highlighted in a particular document, sorted by highlight color and arranged by page order. Preferably exportable into a PDF file. It would be very useful for students like me. Thanks!

Text box Callout
I hope GoodNotes add a capability to change Text box into Text Callout. In reviewing engineering drawings sometimes we need to pointed out with an Arrow which one that we are commenting to.

Improve get shareable link
When I try to activate the option "Get shareable link" an error pops up very often saying that the Goodnotes server is too busy, and asks me to retry in a few seconds or minutes. Recently, this error pops up more frequently than before. Can you improve the server that is offering this service please?
The ability to collaboratively edit a document is very useful, but this problem makes it difficult to exploit it.

If the feature of adding flash card to the same page of a book is given it will be good.
Like we are pinning a flash card to a book and we can write on the flash card while we study on the same page, then we can hide the flash card if needed. And whenever needed we can open that flash card by touching at that specific site.

Align my writing ✍️
Long sentences I write curve down when using blank pages or creating flash cards. I’d like to enable an option to auto-straighten or auto-align my sentences.

Add Math/Calculator
It would be great to have an embedded calculator and create formulas. Currently, calculations must be done outside of goodnotes and then manually added and updated.
Example: Use the app for finance tracking. It is impossible to keep track in the app since numbers such as Totals have to be manually updated when a new transaction is added or changed. It's time consuming and leads to increase of error.15 votes -
Lasso dotted-line is too thick when zoomed in
I like to have my notes very densely packed, so I typically use the finest thickness pen and zoom in nearly all the way.
However, when zoomed in, the lasso tool thickness (the blue dotted lines) becomes extremely thick and selecting small items is difficult.
Suggestion: When zoomed in, make the lasso line width thinner.

Make folders in save for later in Good Notes Community, so other's notes that you are using to study and etc, could be neatly organized

Add animal/veterinary science discipline for the Community
Animal/veterinary science does not fit within the biology or medicine categories as it is a separate field entirely. Would be nice to have a specific displine category to upload my notes to and would make it easier for others in this field to find and contribute notes.
