import long texts
If I want to import longer texts into GoodNotes via the clipboard that are longer than one page, the text that no longer fits on the page should be automatically inserted on the following pages.

enter a non done button
most folks put lecture notes into goodnotes folders. So it would be really cool to have a "not done" button as a way to label notes that the students haven't finished so they can easily find them if they want to go back to them.
The "not done button" is similar to the "favorite button", so it can be added easily

Desktop app for PC
Hello there! What about syncing the iPad app with a PC desktop app (or webpage) just for view the content? I am a Mac user but not at the office but I use GoodNotes in my job, so it will be cool if this feature is available :)

Two-way sync for google drive
two-way sync option for google drive where deleted files on the app will also be deleted on google drive. Upon the google drive sync, folders that I have moved or deleted were still there

Floating toolbar and control button
I have a really good idea and I would be very happy if it really came to fruition.
Full Screen Mode - Most of the iPad's screen looks relatively small and you should utilize the entire screen for neat and optimized writing.
In addition to this is another tool control button idea,
Instead of changing the tool from pen to pen every moment and then to pen again and then to marker and then to pen and then to eraser and pen again to do just such a large frost float that it can be swapped quickly saves a lot of time and convenienceYou can actually see how it should look
Of course everything can be changed and moved by the floating tools.
And of course it will be possible to hide the button and the toolbarI have a really good idea and I would be very happy if it really came to fruition.

Book like notes
I understand that you can open a second note. However, I don't think it is possible to have two pages side by side of the same notebook. I think this is probably the best alternative to an infinite page that cannot be done.
Imagine a physical notebook that doesn't have a spiral or three ring down the center. Just two blank pages next to each other on the same screen. This opens up the area to take notes.

Readwise integration of highlights.
Hi. GoodNotes is my favorite way to read PDFs. It would be great if you oils have a more sophisticated highlighting system that could export to Readwise.

Windows compatibility!!!
Please consider making available on PC, there are very few note taking options for students aside from OneNote which is extremely glitchy. I've heard such great things and I'd love to be able to utilize it.

Automatic icloud backup
This would change a lot! There are a few options to have your work synced to a backup folder, however there is no option for icloud. As many users probably use icloud for their backup-system this would help a lot!

Integration into Files App iPadOS
My idea is, that you can organize and see your GoodNotes files in the files app on iOS/iPadOS devices. This would enhance/improve the workflow with GoodNotes files. Beside it would be nice, if GoodNotes would support shortcuts, e. g. automatically creating new notes or search for notes with filters. Thank you

Moving page within GoodNotes
When I sometimes accidentally imported pages to the wrong document, I need to go through a lot of trouble to move it back to the correct document. I’m not sure if there are any current functions that would allow me to move pages within existing GoodNotes document easily, if not should we please have this function added? Thank you so much!

Hallo, mir würde ein Feature welches den geschriebenen Text ausspricht sehr gefallen (wie beim Google Übersetzer). Dadurch könnte ich mein Lernen sehr viel verbessern in dem ich es vorgelesen bekomme.
Wäre es möglich dieses Feature in Zukunft einzubauen?

Enable opacity for pens
Being able to adjust opacity would enable note taking to use a Boldness type feature for important ideas and parenthetical ideas could be more faint.

Full Rich Text Editor
The text editing functionality is adequate, but it really needs table stakes functionality such as bullets. That's the main thing missing for me. Ideally, it would have robust, but lightweight functionality like Slack offers in chat. Using asterisks or hypens and manually futzing around with indention is a pain.

Automatic "To Do List"
This was also listed under "Automatic Action Item" back in 08/19 - but I think it should be considered.
I have many notebooks (one for each customer). I want the ability to mark written text as an "Action Item" in any notebook (Use the "lariat" tool?) and they automatically get added to an "Action Items" notebook so they are all in one place.
Each item is listed under a separate bullet and can be deleted once completed.
Having the option once lassoed to create a calendar reminder / update would be nice, but probably far-reaching at this point.

I need to be able to select text on my mac desktop goodnotes application.
My workflow:
I'm writing many papers for school, and do all my research on my mac, downloading pdfs. I then upload all the research articles on my goodnotes 5 for mac application, after which i use the ipad goodnotes 5 application to read, annotate and highlight the papers.
Examples of copying text from the mac application:
* When i'm writing my paper, I sometimes have to manually enter the reference into Word. I have to do this by hand and can't copy and paste.
* When i'm writing my paper, I often have to find references cited in the current article. It would be so helpful to just copy and paste the DOI into a google search.Also selecting text on the goodnotes mac application would allow an easy way for me to highlight it in one step.
