Auto save photos to camera roll
I use this to take notes ehile inspecting houses. I take 50-60 or more during an inspection. While I can save each one individually (one at a time) to camera roll it would be awesome if that could happen automatically.

Different Highlighter Tips
Maybe offer a wider selection of highlighters instead of just the rounded tip one! Visually, sometimes it looks nicer for my notes if the highlighter rip were slanted or simply had a flat end to it.

Color picker tool, enabling to add color of TEXT to presets, show the actual hex color code
I text a lot and I also like to keep the color tone of my notes but the app doesn’t have the feature to add the color to presets for the text function. It also could be more convenient if there’s the color picker tool so I can keep the tone of my notes whenever I text or write. Lastly, I notice that the hex code of the color is ALWAYS #FFEEFF. As I said before, GoodNotes doesn’t have feature of setting text color to presets so I intent to remember the hex code instead but it’s still FFEEFF... I…

Undo history
Please can you add “view action history” and allowing us to undo function please.
I find it so frustrating when I can only redo a limited number of times, yet my previous notes have been accidental deleted.To make it clear, I meant that I have accidentally make new notes on my previous document and deleted something that I previously had in the same document. And I couldn’t recover what I have in the same old document. The “undo” function the app provided is not rally user-friendly... :( and I find it disappointing... I hope that you may improve more…

Vertical page view: make scrolling faster
I’m using vertical page view. No matter how fast I scroll (ipad, with a finger), it a fixed speed. This is not the case with native scrolling, in a webpage for example or a pdf file.

PLUS SIGN
PLEASE REMOVE THE NEW (+) BUTTON FROM THE DASHBOARD. PLEASE REPLACE IT WITH A SIMPLE PLUS SIGN LOCATED TOP RIGHT. THERE IS NO REASON THE + SIGN SHOULD OCCUPY SO MUCH SPACE IN THE DASHBOARD.

Better Lasso Tool
For the lasso tool. The blank space where the colour and size selection is should be toggles for the lasso tool. Like if I want to lasso just the handwriting and not the image/highlights or if I don't want to move textboxes. This would be really useful when adding side notes to annotations

Sort Pages
Good Day
quite a few companies use goodnotes on the flight deck. We regularly need to rearrange the pages in a special manner. Right now you can use the overview but you only can move one page by time. It really helps if you can mark several pages and move it to a specific spot.

Rectangle selection tool
Add the option to make the selection tool rectangular to make it easier and faster to select things that do not overlap with any other elements. Would also make it easier to crop out things e.g. from a Powerpoint presentation.

Show currently open tab
When you are in the file explorer, there is no way of opening the tabs currently open other than finding one file currently open and opening it or opening a random file and closing the new tab.

Lab notebook mode
I’d love to have a lab notebook mode where every page is automatically stamped with a date and time, and a locking button so that page can’t be written on after being locked, or can refer to that page by copying it, so as to meet lab notebook standards.

Automatic Heading Numbering & Grammarly Integration.
I create my notes off professors’ notes, and thus I need an option to go to a subsequent number when I hit enter. I still use Microsoft Word for this because GOODNOTES 5 doesn't offer this possibility. Also, it would be great if you could integrate GRAMMARLY to GOODNOTES 5.

Select a new colour and automatically use that
When I select a new colour from the drop-down / multiple list and click out of the colour selector, that new colour is not automatically chosen to be the new pen colour.

Old features
So, I personally think the app is getting better but, recently the feature that allowed us to draw straight lines, circles, arrows, graphs, etc have changed a little bit. It is less fluent and I can’t do 2 lines that will stick together automatically for example. Which I was able to do in the past. So it is impossible for me now to draw straight arrows or graphs which is quite frustrating because I used to use these features a lot.
