Separate “Stroke Settings” from the Color Swatches Toolbar Area into its Own Section
If you have several custom color swatches set up like I do, scrolling back to the front of your swatches to get to stroke settings to change the style and thickness multiple times over (especially in portrait mode) can be tedious. Heck, even saying that out loud sounds tedious.
My suggestion is to separate these settings from the color swatch menu and make them have their own editable section on the toolbar. This will keep them easily accessible while still being able to scroll through swatches independently.
As an extra, I’d also love to be able to make more than 3 custom stroke settings, since I use 5-6 stroke thicknesses on the regular, and also like to use dotted lines on occasion - I’d love to have them accessible and handy!

Zoom in
Working with maps on iPad problem is i cant zoom in more.
I choose Goodnotes because easy download maps in PDF and using them to add notes .
After last update i cant zoom in more . Not sure what went wrong i use this same map, maps settings, pdf settings all time but now Working space is for me to łów,small1 vote -
Circular alarm running over Bluetooth pencil in Note
After the latest software update on Goodnote6, the circular alarm keeps spinning around the 'pencil' feature when taking notes. This is a distraction for me. Please add the ability to turn these features on or off to user's liking. Thank you.

Auto Backup in Apple Files
Would it be possible to add an option in the near future to save the automatic backup not only to different cloud services, but also locally, for example to Apple files?

Improve Keyboard Text-Writing
It would be very helpful to have more possibilities to customize an format typed text. The current way of typing text does work but notes often look bulky and there is no good way to change it.
Something like Markdown, more bullet point levels, "fit text to lines"... would make hybrid hand-written and typed notes much easier.

Different Font Option/Size In Typing Mode
In the typing mode, it would be convenient to be able to manually change the font and font size, instead of using the "Header 1, Header 2,...etc.," options like how it is for the text box option in the writing mode.

Auto switch pen/keyboard tab based on used method
Automatically switch between pen and full keyboard when pen is used on the keyboard page or key is pressed on the pen page. Or switch to pen tab when pencil is undocked, and switch to keyboard when pen is docked. This would make it easy to use a pen to draw while typing with an external keyboard like the Magic Keyboard for iPad.

Präsentation Mode „allways full width“
When presenting/mirroring to a display, there should be an option to always show the full width of the page, regardless of whether you zoom in or out on the iPad. The next page should appear directly below the previous one when scrolling vertically, so that you theoretically have an “infinite” page to present.

Making accessibility from one notebook to another easy (Accessibility & Sorting)
So every time I've to choose a different notebook from a different document I'm being forced to exit my current notebook and go to documents and find my new notebook which makes the accessibility hard.
In such case as we can see below OneNote by Microsoft has made it easier.
As far as I know, this could be the only thing that Goodnotes lacks as of now.1 vote -

便利貼功能這版本有問題，
狀況1：在任何文件上，無論有沒有上一動功能下，開啟便利貼功能在PDF上，便利貼會顯示游標，但輸入鍵盤不會跳出來，也無法切換任何功能，最後若主動關閉GoodNote後，再開GoodNote，所有文件打開都變成白色，直到重開iPad才能恢復；若不主動關閉，則會閃退，再開有時會與前述一樣變成白色的，有時就會恢復正常。
狀況2：若能成功開啟便利貼功能，並且也完成編輯後，若再次開啟便利貼功能，則又會發生前述狀況1的問題。設備：iPadPro 11 3rd M1 256G

Apple Pencil pro palette as toolbar view (for everyone, especially those who can’t use Apple Pencil pro)
I have an iPad Air 5th generation m1, I can’t use the pro palette function which really disgruntled me. I suggested a feature a while back suggesting an alternative optional wheel menu for the toolbar instead of the regular straight toolbar at the top or bottom, now I discover that this format is available but only for Apple Pencil pro compatible devices which is incredibly disappointing.
I really suggest expanding the wheel/palette format to the entire toolbar, pencil pro users can keep the squeeze feature and people who don’t use Apple Pencil pro would also be able to enjoy the useful palette wheel interface.

An easier way to edit stickers
I have many, many stickers... they are always downloaded in random order, and the way to edit them is very bad. and it always crashes and closes the app. make sticker editing easier.

Study Set improvement
Hello,
Adding the flashcard feature is a serious improvement to the app. I have two requests that can improve said feature.
- When I enter into practice mode the app displays black bars which make the flashcard smaller. Is it possible for you to remove those black bars to make it more readable?
- Can you possible create a sharable link for non-Apple users? I want to create flashcards for my students but I’m only able to share it with those who have Goodnotes, which are only a handful of students.

text tool default color recall
I use the text tool many times on Mac, but the color keeps reverting to black. Even though I created my own preset and removed black from it, it still reverts to black. If the text tool could default to the first color in the preset like pen tool, it would be much more convenient.

Two major issues using apple pencil pro
There is an issue with the usage of the Apple Pencil Pro.
First, when using the pen with the hover feature is enabled, the writing experience feels significantly different compared to when it is disabled. Specifically, enabling the hover feature causes severe strokes or unintended extensions in the written text.
Second, please fix the pencil experience. There is an issue with drawing curved shapes, where part of the shape turns into a dotted line. Additionally, the pencil tool appears too faint, leading to reduced visibility.

Full screen editing/smaller toolbar
On smaller Ipads I would like to use most of the screen as paper but the toolbar takes up so much space on the screen. A way to put it in full screen mode to edit or even have the option to make it smaller like apple notes or notability would be great.
