Enhancing renaming user experience
Renaming notes while it's open became an issue after the last iPad OS update. Most of the time it opens multiple tab-opening options. It will be great if GoodNotes align their renaming option a bit far from those three horizontal dots.

Notebooks with divider sections
Wouldn't it be great if we could make a single notebook with multiple divider tabs along the edge? Each one could be named for a different subject and have its own paper template. I'd love to have a single notebook called "Fall 2023 Semester" for example, and then have all my notes in one notebook.
I believe OneNote has a similar functionality but it's... OneNote. :-)

The questions tab - for active recall & spaced repetition
The flash card feature is great. Improving on that I would suggest questions tab. It is basically a feature linked with Highlighter. When we read a PDF document we mark important lines with the Highlighter. The new feature let's you add a question to the highlited segment and the question is displayed on the side. When revision of the topic is required and flashcard or in this case questions revision tab is activated the highlited portion (I.e. The answer to the question) should be opaque and the reviewer needs to attempt questions like a flash card. Based on his satisfaction…

Resize every page (imported) in GoodNotes to A4, A5, etc. for fitting in vertical scroll
At the moment if I am in the vertical scrolling and I have in my exercise book pages with different sizes, like A5, A4 and A4 rotated, the maximum scrolling edge in horizontal is big as the biggest page in the hole document. So if I am writing on a A5 paper (because image was A5) GoodNotes let me scroll further than the page size. Also if I import an image and this is not perfect in A4 format it would be helpful and nice, if I could resize it to A4 for example.

To delete a certain personalized color.
To remove a certain personalized color from colors set instead of initialize the color set. And a color picker to pick color from picture or PDF or pen marks. Thanks.

Add instant 'next' and 'previous' page, without scrolling. For example, using three fingers.
Applies to teaching with PDFs slides. When a slide have several bullets, you can create one page for each bullet (incrementally), but this kind or PDF slides works very bad with scrolling.

Goodnotes 4.13.5 on Mac M1
Hi Goodnotes
I have tried using Goodnotes 5 on my M1 macbook Air, and well it is just about useless, I love using Goodnotes 4.13.5 on my 2013 mini 2 ipad, it is just so uselful, with the text suggestions, easy to move text around on the ipad, to change the font size, it is just a brilliant experience.When I bought my M1 mac air, and I bought Goodnotes 5, I thought if Goodnotes 4 was brilliant, GN 5 must be a factor better, it is 100 times worse, and I just cannot understand why....

Allow scrolling off the page so that writing on the edges of a page is easier
I am left-handed and use GoodNotes on my iPad for taking notes. When you're editing a document and zoomed in so that the entire width of the document can not be displayed and scroll all the way to the edge of the document, GoodNotes forces the edge of the document to the edge of the display and does not allow you to scroll off the page. This makes it difficult for me when writing at the beginning of a line, since I'm left-handed, my hand is often hovering off the edge of my iPad or I need to set something…

Add measuring tools like ruler or square
It would be great for educational content. E.g. math, you could measure degrees of triangles or construct geometric forms using the measuring tools.

customizable Text fields
Currently I can only save one default setting for a text field. This is very inconvenient when using multiple fonts and font sizes in the notes. It would be nice to be able to save between 10-15 different text field variations.

Adjust the home page to show more documents
I hope I can see more documents on the home page at the same time by merging some options to the same line. And, change the create new document to a circle with Plus like what we see in social media. It may looks a weird and unnecessary request, but that's what you do when you give a 'hide status bar' option, right? And I keep that open all the time. Thank you.

Permanent read only files. Text books for example.
Beeing able to leave certain files locked in read only mode while having others in editing mode would be a nice adition to the app. For example when I have both a textbook and a writing page opened I would like to scroll with my pencil on the textbook and write normally on the page, without having to turn on and off the edit mode.

Flashcards template!
To be able to have a deck of flash cards as an option when creating new files. Would be great for studying ! keeping everything localized on goodnotes is optimal and removes the need of users to relocate to other sites/apps

FlashCard Update
Flashcard Update! Please make this a permanent feature. There should be an outline so you can quickly find a card without flipping through the full size ones. Also have a way for you to save your progress. If i make a deck of 120 cards I may not have time to make it all the way through and want to come back where I left off. Also a feature to let you study only the ones you missed. And a feature to let you view them in order or randomly.

Option to change undo/redo to single tap
I often prefer using the undo feature over switching to the eraser tool and requiring two taps per undo often makes it feel like I have to play a button-mashing Mario party mini game just to delete the last word I wrote.

Include Photo of Current Page with/ under page number (I.e., 77 of 120, etc.)
It’s not always easy to know what page u are currently on just based off of the page number itself, especially when you have higher quantity of pages within a notebook. It would be helpful to have a small picture of my current page (maybe under the page number or somewhere else) to ensure I am actually on the page I think I am so that I don’t accidentally delete/ copy/ insert the wrong page/ location. Currently I have to click the 3 dots first to verify the page I’m on bc 77 out of 120 doesn’t tell me much…
